The hotel itself is well-maintained, clean and they offer good breakfast. Just they are not nice and welcoming in their attitude. I don't know what made them so dislike me, but they clearly were not friendly or warm and welcoming at all. More annoying thing was that they were much "nice" and "kind" to other guests. Really, what was so irritaing about me? I wonder. Even if the hotel facilities were poorer (e.g., no TV in the room and no nice paitings on the wall etc.), I would have liked the hotel and the sevice much better, and would have surely rated better, ONLY if they had better "attitude". Remember, hospitality is all about how you treat your guests with your heart, especially if you are going to state your hotel as more "stars" on websites and charge money by offering "sevices".
In addition, wi-fi was very weak in the room and I coule barely use my laptop, and not really convenient location. You need a cab to the city centre.
