「Alexa was an amazing host! She was responsive and gave reliable and helpful local recommendations. The house was clean and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed the swim spa enclosed patio! Definitely recommend! We will return next time we’re in the area. Thank you, Alexa.」

「Arriving at Orchid Harbor and taking in the view, sound, and smell of the ocean across the lawn makes all of the daily stresses of the mainland melt away. The century old house is charming, welcoming, and comforting. It feels like you are staying with good friends or family. With all of the living spaces, it feels roomy and cozy at the same time and wraps around you like a hug. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs....

「This place was exactly as it looks in the photos. Really conveniently located with good amenities.」

「The property was unique, with lots of updates to the interior that met and even exceeded our needs (4 TV's!). New appliances and fully stocked with kitchen-ware. Plenty of towels and beds to indeed sleep 10 as described. The host has thought carefully about what you might need during your stay. Outdoor seating is plentiful so if the weather is good, you're all set for hanging out.」

「Great location!」

「We were very happy with our stay here. House was clean and is in a nice location for visiting Saco, Kennebunkport and Portland. Communication with owner was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.」

「This place was excellent, very clean, and the check-in/checkout process was very easy. The unit is broken into 3 distinct apartments with the upstairs being a one bedroom suite. However, all of the units are accessible to each other through stairs so it's convenient for staying connected while also having some separate space.」

「Absolutely perfect rental!Great location with an amazing view!」
