On the beach

Condo was great! Just as advertised! No issues while staying at the property. Super close to the beach and the pool is relaxing and usually quiet. Would stay again!

Great South Padre Location!!

Our third time staying at this property. Love this location, can walk to everything! Restaurants, grocery, go-kart track. Great view of Gulf, nice pool, hot tub. Love playing pickleball on tennis courts! Quiet at night and safe! Samantha is wonderful host to deal with, great communicator!

Great Vacation

Everything was great it was very clean and spacious for my family and I. The location was amazing right on the beach and firework display. Pool area was great and the view was amazing. Overall our stay was fabulous we had a great time. Thank you! ❤️🙏

Property was excellent!! Great location and easy access to the beach. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Owner answered all my questions quickly and was very helpful. Price was very reasonable especially because it was on a holiday. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Great Location!

Great view, close to everything, clean, comfortable, and excellent communication with owner! This was our second time staying in this unit and we look forward to staying here again. Very quiet at night, pool/property great!

Great location, wonderful owner, filthy unit

What is FABULOUS about this property? 1. Responsive owner. 2. Location! Walking distance from most things. Great ocean view. Go to the fifth floor for a great sunset view. 3. The wrap balcony. The south side of the unit is covered - excellent for enjoying the balcony in the shade. It also provides great space for drying items. 4. The wet bar - just cool! A couple of decent wine glasses for wine snobs (like me) and many margarita glasses. 5. The property itself. Beautifully landscaped, onsite caretaker (daytime), nice pool - also fantastic because it gets full shade around 4:00 PM. What do you need to know before you arrive? 1. The unit was filthy and covered with sand. There is visible mold and mildew in the unit. When we walked in there was sand everywhere: the floors, the master bathtub, sand in most of the beds. All of the provided beach equipment was covered in sand, as was the storage closet. When we were getting ready to leave, we started the vacuum cleaner and the vacuum released an odor that smelled like a dead animal. 2. Bring your own beach chairs. The chairs provided need to be replaced. 3. No soap or shampoo, toilet paper, trash bags, or paper towels are provided. 4. Bring your own washcloths & towels (threadbare and NO beach towels), and bedding. The sheets provided were dirty. 5. Coffee maker - filthy. 6. There were no bicycles. 7. There is only ONE parking space for the unit and the unit sleeps 10. 8. The community gates were open at all times.

Convenient and homey stay for our vacation!

Very cute place to stay and was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed time out at the beach and the pool and could easily get to place for snacks and meals. I love that there was a washer and dryer to use. All in all... Very homey and convenient for our stay.

Excellant quite serene

This was our families first trip to South Padre Island and I will say we picked the perfect spot. The condo was perfect, plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, the corner condo was the perfect one away from the pool and waking up to the oceanside view from the master bedroom was a great morning inspiration. The host was prompt in responding to our inquires. I would highly recommend this unit for your next family vacation.

Great condo!

We had our son, three granddaughters, and my brother in law stay here and we all had plenty of room. The condo was just as described. The beach amenities were a nice bonus. We had a great time with our family.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Property was clean and beach access was close and convenient. Quiet and family friendly. Liam’s was an excellent restaurant w/in walking distance. Samantha was quick to reply with any questions or concerns.

Condo was great, left a huge closet of beach toys; nice to have washer/dryer; balcony and view of beach amazing. Pool was really nice. Overall the whole complex was clean and updated.

Spacious, clean and well equipped property with lovely sea view

Although the decor was dated the condo is very clean and spacious with a homely feel to it. Fantastic view from the balcony, great amenities and easy access to the beach. We loved our stay there and recommend it to others looking for some relaxing time away.

Amazing as always!

South Padre Paradise!

We loved South Padre! Walking the beach in the mornings is paradise! This property was perfect! Close walking distance to many restaurants. Our family enjoyed horseback riding on beach, a dolphin tour, flying kites, and go karts. Samantha was a wonderful property manager and great to communicate with. This property was comfy, well maintained, quiet, and in a great location! The beach view was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were popular with our teenagers. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Labor Day Vacation

We loved the condo! Can't beat staying right on the beach and this property was just like home. Oh, and the aqua floor tiles were a great accompaniment to the beach themed interior decor. We definitely would choose Apt # 201 again.

Wonderful!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. My husband and I brought our two 17 year old boys plus two of their friends as well as our 21 year old daughter and her fiance. There was plenty of room for everyone. We cooked most of our meals either on the grills located on the property or in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is very well stocked. The pool and hot tub are great. The location and ease of getting to the beach just can't be beat. The board walk to the beach and spray off station is really nice. I couldn't get enough of the balcony view. If we weren't on the beach, we were on the balcony. The master bedroom view was awesome and we slept really well. Our goofy teens enjoyed the beach toys while attempting to build a sand castle. If you enjoy playing tennis, bring your rackets. There is a great tennis court on the property. Samantha was quick to respond to questions. We would absolutely stay at this location again!

Wonderful complex

Samantha was excellent to deal with! The condo was stocked well and the closet that was full of sand toys etc was a nice bonus! The condo isn’t as “updated” as others we have stayed in but it was certainly clean comfortable. We had a few issues during our stay but she was quick in responding to get those addressed. Overall I would stay here again!! Thanks Samantha for being such a great host!
