Loved South Padre, and or home away from home

We liked it, great location, close to Beach next time we need a down stairs, at my age steps can kill my knees. But over all great. And also a place with more beds. Sofa beds are good for kids, not adults. Or condo was nice and clean. Loved having a washer and dryer.

2023 Summer vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was conveniently located to the beaches and restaurants. We had some difficulties with the Wi-Fi and I would suggest mounting the dishwasher into the cabinetry. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Amazing townhome! Super clean and spacious. Super close to beach, not far at all. Swimming pool was not as big as we would like but the water was nice and warm, not bad at all.

Great family condo

Perfect for the family walking distance from beach and the pool was just the right size to just relax only down side was party in the house behind ours made the nights alittle uncomfortable

Great space and location but TLC needed

We loved the location to the beach and all of the fun stuff Padre has to offer. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Fortunately we didn’t have anyone sleeping on couch bed because it is broken and the couch was incredibly uncomfortable to sit on. Kitchen offerings are slim. All the cooking dishes need replaced and the oven door handle is broken. Ice maker didn’t work and fridge needs replaced. Dishwasher needs replaced as well. Would totally stay here again just hope those items are replaced before we do.

Would not recommend

Great location but dirty. Dishes were all dirty, roaches in the kitchen, the large couch was broken and the toilets stopped up everyday.

We loved the layout and convenient location to the beach. Check in and communication with property managers was great. Our only complaint was the clean plates, glassware, and utensils were a bit dirty.

You get what you pay for

As we arrived and walked up the stairs I was already disappointed. The outside stairs to the condo was filthy with trash and debris. You would think with the COVID pandemic going on and the listing stating there would be cleaning supplies that there would have been some kind of cleaning spray , but there was not. Only a bottle of dish soap, a sponge and a broom The hot water did not work in either of the restrooms for both the sink and showers. Only hot water in the kitchen. In both of the restrooms when you turned on the water faucet it would leak out of the handle onto the countertop. The dishwasher was broken on the inside. The washing machine did not work correctly, it kept giving us an error code and would not finish the cycle. The refrigerator had a rusted out whole in the door. You had to hold the toilet handle down to flush The place was very clean on the inside when we got there. It’s a great location and very accessible to the beach The management company or owner needs to give this place a little TLC

Fun times in SPI

Very comfortable home and the location is amazing! I would recommend getting more silverware (only three forks) and a decent broom. Otherwise, no complaints; would definitely stay there again.

I'll come back to the island, but won't stay here.

From the very beginning, it started off bad. When we arrived, the door was unlocked, all the lights were on, and the TV was blaring. One of the key lock boxes is broken; the other one is very hard to work. There are not ocean views or access. However, it is only a 5 minute walk. If you plan on doing any cooking, bring your own skillets. There is no storage for clothing in the guest room. You need to bring your own hangers, if you want to hang anything in the closets. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. They are hard and the sheets are very scratchy. The TVs in both rooms did not work. Every time we sat on the couches we were very itchy. We enjoyed the island, but I will find somewhere else to stay the next time we visit.
