1. As soon as you drive to property, trash can full and over flowing with trash, trash on the ground all around the trash container.
2. Security gate broken, no code required to access the property,
3. Dirty pool, dirty pool grounds, dirty, nasty, moldy patio furniture
4. Don’t need a key to get inside, most of doors do not lock or broken door locks
5. The rental looks clean when you walk in, but look careful, sand on the couch, dusty all over, sand all around corners and under island
6. All this happened while I was checking in at the main office, the rest of my family was already at the property and inside the building, calling me and sending me pictures of all of the above issue stated.
7. Some TV did not work, code for internet was not working and several other issues with the technology
8. Refrigerator leaking water the bottom
9. Broken coffee pot, it was a good thing I took my own
10. ONLY two dish towels, for a kitchen size, Ah Really?
11. Light switched located behind the beds, need to move the bed to turn on lights
12. Bathroom on second floor, bathroom light out
13. Bathroom on second floor, shower head not working and toilet not holding water in the revisor
14. Bathroom on third floor, shower wand not working, soaking tub water fill broken, no shower curtain, the whole bathroom full of mold
15. Third floor main bedroom, door lock broken, door doesn’t even close ½” gap around the bottom and side, door frame near the door knob, eaten away.
16. ONLY one set of bathroom towels in this main bathroom, look like of very low quality.
17. Called several times to SPI phone #, no one answered, answering machine mailbox doesn’t work.
18. Called to get a broom so I could sweep the patio around the pool and inside the rental, broom delivery took a day and a half.
19. Called for maintenance on all the above
20. Clearly no inspection on this property is being conducted, after supposedly cleaning personnel is done or maintenance personnel are done.
21. “The garage” don’t even ask.
