Our fantastic beach house offers a unique layout, featuring two independent living and kitchen spaces and a serene private backyard pool. After swimmingly long summer days on the beach, you and your entourage can retreat to the four tastefully appointed bedrooms on the upper level. The ultra-cool central air conditioning guarantees relief from the heat after sun-soaked days at the beach, while the professionally laundered triple-sheeting and luxurious pillows offer a clean, cozy hideaway for restful nights. Each room is thoughtfully equipped to pamper you and your guests. There are 3 bathrooms upstairs.
The downstairs living space is equally impressive. It features a petite living room, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Your guests will be so impressed! It boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, too. On the ground level, you'll also find a pool suite with one bedroom and bathroom, plus an outdoor half-bathroom by the pool.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.
- The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days, and $25 for each additional day. 24 hour advance notice is required.
