Me quede dos días y no me hicieron el servicio de limpieza , no me trajeron toallas limpias , no tendieron camas , no me dieron toallas de alberca , también me cobraron 58 Dlls extras por el servicio de la habitación ( y no lo hicieron ) y en la aplicación no te dicen nada respecto a este cobro

We arrived at the island at 230pm checked in was told our room wouldn’t be ready till 4pm (which was fine we were going to the beach). At 530 I decided to go check if they had our room ready but they didn’t so we stayed by the pool area. At about 630 we got a call our room was ready. My husband went and got the key (room 114) and we stayed by the pool area with the kids. When we went to room the room was already occupied by another family. At this time an employee goes out and checks and tells the manager yes it’s occupied. They look for another room and put us in room 217 which I feel wasn’t the beach view we asked for but it was almost 9 so a room is a room. They did give us $100 for dinner n drinks. But the whole mix up was just frustrating.

Terrible stay I booked for two nights worst room I have ever stayed the bed had bedbugs the carpet was stained and dirty the only reason I stayed didn’t leave is because I had already paid in full for the nights and had my kids with me I will never never stay in that place again worst nightmare ever terrible vacation for me and my kids.

Upon check-in, we were told they needed to check if our room was ready—even though it was already 5:00 p.m. and check-in time was 4:00 p.m. From the start, the front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We were also charged a resort fee that we had not been informed of in advance. The service at the resort restaurant was equally disappointing. Our waiter was consistently rude and visibly annoyed, rolling his eyes whenever we requested something. The room itself was outdated, the bathtub was dirty, and the biggest issue was the lack of housekeeping. We were told housekeeping only comes every other day, which meant we had no cleaning service during our stay. I even had to make the bed myself—definitely not what you expect on a vacation. To make matters worse, they said they would clean the room on the day of our checkout. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be returning—especially not for the high price we paid for such poor service.

Property needs a bit of remodeling or updating a few things. for example the Ice machines had mold. The air filter in the room needed to be replaced. It had dust like it hasn’t been replaced in a long time.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It helped us be conveniently and closely connected to our relatives. Additionally, it was so easy with our dogs. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that there was too much dog poop with little clean up bags around. Also, the security at the pool during the day was very rude to not only us, but the children in our group. There seems to be a lack of communication, and he chose if and when he was going to implement rules for certain people. He continued to escalate situations rather than try and listen. Other than that, our stay was great and we will most likely be back.

We stayed in the cabanas where there was no elevator access and entry/steps/ walking area was dirty . Room had a funny smell and balcony was dirty. The pictures online are very misleading. Pool was dirty Saturday and we were there starting at 10am. Hot tubs were filthy and Luke warm. Also no lifeguard on duty for a very busy pool ! Front staff was very nice at check in and check out . The girl who worked at the coffee shop was not nice. She didn’t smile and just seemed like she didn’t want to make coffee orders. Over priced !

Have been going to Isla Grand for over 20 years staff always friendly i have no complaints except for one security guard at the pool.we understand he's just doing his job like not allowing ice chests in pool area but there's a way to talk to people if you give attitude your gonna get it right back and as long as we've been going we know the do's and dont's he seems to enjoy harassing us asking like where we bought the beer we're drinking mind you there's a pool bar and one inside so it's insulting that he asks and we've told him time and again to go ask bartenders at both bars cause we buy from both 😡 even our grandkids ask why he keeps telling their grandpa something ..but overall love love La Isla Grand family friendly plenty of activities for the kids they love it there and it's because of them that we keep going back
