Charming Vintage 3 bdrm., 2 bath, Beach Duplex. On Stilts (must be able to navigate stairs) - Beach Side of Island. Sleeps 6. Wrap around deck. Wireless, air conditioning, 3rd bedroom is a roomy loft, washer/dryer. Approx. 1300 sq.ft. less than 1/2 block from beach, walk out the front door, hang a left and you are at the beach, walk across Padre Blvd and you are on the bay side. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Beach Access is so close, easy walk to and from duplex to go back and forth, also very nice public restrooms at this access point. Beach in this area is mostly condos, therefore not as crowded during peaks. Beautiful walking beach, surfing, fishing, wind surfing, boogie boards, etc. South Padre is very clean, family friendly. Bring your clubs for great golf courses in Laguna Vista & Long Island Village in Port Isabel. Feels like stepping back in time. This vacation will be one you'll want to come back to. $85 cleaning fee added to total, 2/night min, so no surprises after you select! Stay 7 or more nights and receive 10% discount. The house was a great stay for our family. The beds were comfortable, lots of towels, and a great living / kitchen area for family time. The beach was so close and having an outdoor shower and hose at the house was convenient. The host was great at communicating. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Beach House

We had an amazing vacation at South Padre Island, the property was very nice & spacious. The owner of the home is VERY caring & attentive. They provide cooking utensils, towels, board games, beach chairs, boogie boards, plus it has great access to the beach. We highly recommend this place 10/10!

Friends trip with 4 adults and 2 kids. Our first time to SPI, our friends have been. This place was perfect for our needs. Each couple had a room and the two twins in the loft were perfect for the girls. The home is well appointed (love the sofa). Lots of beach gear available, a wagon for toting it all. Location was fantastic. Close to the beach and Gravity Park. Lori was a great host, very communicative. We had a great time, in fact, we wished we had booked one more day. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This property was in a great location to all the action and a lot of food places. A great beach access was just a short walk. The owner was quick in answering any question I emailed asking. I would stay here again.

SPID Vacation

We had a good time at the house. It reminded of when I was a kid and we use to rent beach houses at Port Aransas, Tx. The house was clean and really close to the beach. We would definitely rent the house again.The owners were friendly and easy to get a hold of when we needed them.

Amazing Stay!

This place was in a great location super easy to get to the beach and any shops on Main Street. Super clean plenty of space and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect place!

This place was perfect for our friends and family getaway! Very clean and spacious! It was conveniently located down the street from shops and a golf cart rental. I was able to walk over and surprise the kids with one for the night! The beach is steps away and the area was great! Not packed at all! We basically had the bwach to ourselves! I highly recommend this place for a friends and family vacation!

Great vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay, nice neighborhood, very close to the beach. I loved that they offer a lot of nice and convenient amenities that not a lot of the others offer. The only inconvenience was that one of the rooms was considerably hot compared to the other rooms, which made it difficult to sleep in. Fortunately, we took out inflatable mattress that we used in the spacious loft.

Great location but the place would probably collapse in the next major hurricane. Owner should have disclosed that there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer. Nicely furnished but kitchen not very well equipped.
