We enjoyed our stay for the most part at this property on Long Island Village. The unit is basically an extended mobile home, but it was clean and has a great deck that overlooks a waterway (but not the bay). The bathroom was very small, but otherwise the place had the basics we wanted for a relaxing stay. It's in a quiet gated community of retirees and winter snowbirds, which we preferred over the rowdy college crowd on SP Island over spring break. The village has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts and several amenities that we didn't take advantage of. Comfortable for a couple to stay at, with a queen size bed in the bedroom, but the sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable, either as a bed or a couch for that matter. And more bedding and linens would be appreciated. We had to call for sofa bed sheets, which they promptly delivered. There is a washer and dryer but no dishwasher, although they provided dishwashing soap pods for some reason. It's not fancy, but it was more spacious and comfortable than a hotel room. Note that they charge a $80 community fee over and above the booking fees, which you pay when you check in.
