「The room was modern and clean. There are no reception staff, so you have to enter the property and your room using a code. Unfortunately I did not get the code prior to my arrival and had to try to call through the doorbell camera but there was no answer. I sent a WhatsApp message and got a response within 5-10 minutes. On the morning of checkout, I went for breakfast and my code stopped working for the exterior door when I returned. I once again had to call and message to get back onto the...

「Our stay was beyond our expectations! The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The property was absolutely stunning. Our bungalow was perfect, clean and comfortable. 「The view was amazing and staff were very friendly. I did not realize that the rooms did not have A/C, so things were hot the first night (reception closed at 8:00), but they were able to get me another fan the second night l, which made things better. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay which included access to a local swimming hole which was very refreshing.
The restaurant was the most expensive meal we had in Costa Rica and to be honest, the food was not bad, but not good. Definitely...

「We were prepared for no hot water, no AC, no cell service, but we were not prepared for the overall shady communication, vibes and charges. We booked this hotel to be close to Corcovado, and booked a tour with the hotel. When we asked for details, they said they said that the communication from Expedia was poor, and they only booked our snorkeling tour. We asked to cancel the snorkeling because the national park was our priority. She said they couldn't because they already bought the tickets....
