I did not realize that the rooms did not have A/C, so things were hot the first night (reception closed at 8:00), but they were able to get me another fan the second night l, which made things better. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay which included access to a local swimming hole which was very refreshing. 「If you want to be right in the middle of nature and wildlife this is the place to go. Most of the resort is raised up into the treetops so you can be eye level with creatures you'd usually only see way above you from the ground. The included hikes and birdwatching were wonderful with very knowledgeable and passionate guides. 「We stayed in a king-size cabin right by the water and it was very comfortable. The mattress is great. The AC works well. It has an attached bathroom, which is pretty basic, but it gets the job done. The location and the view and the access to the water to go for a swim is unbeatable. This is not a luxury lodge, but it is very clean and well maintained. Tomas the owner is super helpful.
