The cottage decor was lovely and all rooms especially kitchen were well appointed for a very comfortable stay. The owner's communication and flexibility were stellar. We would stay there again when in the area.

This charming and quintessential Rhode Island ranch-style beach cottage was perfect for our family vacation. It offered plenty of space to relax. The private yard and gardens - is a highlight. The location is ideal for beach days, biking, hiking. The host is a great communicator and made sure everything was just right for our stay."

This property is even better than I expected from pictures and reviews. There are so many gracious touches that make this a real home:Beautiful gardens including potted plants.Ambient lighting welcomes you home after dark.Mini-splits in each room make each room comfortable.Great lighting throughout the house-you can actually see and read.No junk left over in the kitchen left from past renters.Real actual dishes and glassware and plenty of storage for your own groceries.Actual comfortable furniture and well thought out end tables, director chairs, stoolsThe front porch is a wonderful spot to sit and enjoy the garden.The deck furniture and outdoor dining set are comfortable.The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the home, which was perfect for me. I was on one side and my son on the other.The location is outstanding. The beach is walkable and the neighbors are lovely. The neighborhood is very quiet.Great communication with the owner. We had no issues, but I'm sure any issue would have been addressed immediately.Tips: Bring blankets for sleeping if you like to cuddle up. There are very nice coverlets, but we could have used another blanket.That's it. I've been comign to RI shore for over 50 years and renting on my own for at least 20. Great house and one of my favorite trips yet. We will be back!

Quiet Corner Lot in Green Hill

We had a family gathering to attend; so I rented for a quick weekend stay, but we would have happily spent the week. Lovely beach house - well kept and cozy. Walk in, unpack and relax - you’re at your beach house! The house is tucked away and private, with lovely landscaping and plantings.

Great property

Very clean and comfy beach getaway. The property owner was very receptive to accommodating us and we enjoyed a great time with friends even though a tropical storm passed outside.

Great house, great location

We had an excellent week here. The house had everything we needed, very clean and overall just lovely. We've stayed in many beach houses in the area over the years and this was the best one yet, plus the air conditioning is a game changer. The yard was beautiful, perfect landscaping at the end of a quiet dead end road, and walking distance to the beach. Couldn't recommend enough.

Beautiful Spot

This property met all of our needs. Nice yard for the kids to play in, beautiful gardens, great outdoor space to lounge, hummingbirds visiting the flowers off the porch, and it was a short walk to the beach and we loved the outdoor shower for when we got back. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The interior had a great layout. It was very clean. Televisions in every room allowed for us to wind down each night. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect littl spot!

This was our second time staying here and couldn't have been happier. Our family loves this area and this quiet spot suits our needs perfectly. Great beach cottage

My family and I had a great stay -- Green Hill Beach is lovely and just a short walk away. The cottage was very comfortable and the yard is absolutely great for young kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming and well appointed house.

The house is well equipped and very comfortable. Beautiful yard and garden with two friendly ground hogs. Good location to the beach. I dropped people and stuff off and rode bike back down when couldn’t get parking spot. Very easy.

Perfect Beach House Get Away

This charming little house is perfect for a beach vacation with family and/or friends. The yard is great for playing games or just sitting out and watching the birds. It's an easy walk to the beach.
