The food which was absolutely amazing and the afternoon tea is definitely worth hanging around for. "The place was beautiful and the Manager there Joanna made our stay more pleasant. She was very helpful, helping us with booking our activities, she was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The hotel is slightly further than the main city but it was well worth being there as the smaller town had less congestions and was close to many of the activities."

"The hotel is located seconds away from the 张家界 national park entrance, which is essential for our travel, not only we were able to beat the early morning crowd, but we were also able to enjoy the town when all the tourists have left the area. The hotel is also just minutes away from the busy street that's filled with restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the amenities were awesome, free laundry service was included with our room. 10/10 experience."

"Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! We loved this property as it was clean, the room was large and the staff were so helpful. They booked us cars to get from the train station and airport, helped us book a scooter and even gave us food recommendations. We used the pool as it was so hot out and we also ate the breakfast both mornings. The staff were the highlight though as they were truly amazing. Such a beautiful property to be lucky enough to stay at."
