un hôtel qui ne doit pas dépasser les 3 étoiles standing des chambres très médiocre la bouffe est plus que standard voir même mauvaise le restaurant PUMO soit disant italien est horrible qualité des repas servie et plus que mauvaise elle fait vomir

Etant habituée à sejourner dans cet hotel je suis extrêmement decue, le receptionniste fort désagréable débordée m'a donné une chambre tres moyenne ... la vue laisse à désirer... Je pensee passer la soirée pour le nouvel an avec diner gala mais on me dit que c est complet ! Sachant que j'ai reservé l hotel pour la soirée .. Bref je ne pense pas revenir ...

Horrendous experience overall
In no world is this a 5* hotel, far from it! The only 5* thing about it is the view from the terrace. Staff has such bad attitude, ESPECIALLY the security at the parking. Except a few people, namely 2 guys at the beach and 1 gentleman and a girl at the lobby café. The rest were equally rude, hostile and unprofessional to say the least. First Room was dirty, had hairs all over the place. Sink and bathtub were blocked. When informed, the guy changed my room, no apology whatsoever. Second room was cleaner but extremely noisy on certain evenings as it’s next to a nightclub, so loud music until 3am+. When I communicated this to the receptionist, instead of apologizing or offering to change the room, she made the joke that the nightclub is making a good ambience for me. Parking situation is horrible, always full! Not directly accessible from the hotel lifts. You have to walk out and take the stinky sewers smelling stairs. Not to mention the attitude of the guy at the entrance gate. The breakfast service was a joke, I go in all tables are dirty, i ask the waiter to clear up the table for me, he clears the plates and leaves the coffee cups, the paper mat and all the crumbs on the table. He didn’t bring the cutlery until i fetched it myself. I go to get some juice, no glasses. I go to get a crepe, no plates. No name cards on dishes. Other than that, furniture in the rooms was very old. And no food from outside is allowed which is ridiculous. Accor should tackle this asap!

Je ne recommande pas l’hôtel le matin femme de Menage qui nous réveille car départ à 9h, les coups de portes, le téléphone de la femme de Menage qui décroche toute les deux secondes, l’état de la chambre salle draps tachés, petit déjeuner trop long il a fallu attendre 45 minutes pour une table propre. Première fois et dernière fois.

Worst hotel I've stayed in
I am soo disappointed by my stay at this hotel. I didn't expect it to be as good as the 5* hotels in the west but this was way from it. Some of the key highlights: - you are not allowed guests in the hotel. - you are not allowed to take things from outside in to the hotel. I tried to take a water bottle in side and they took it off me. - the staff are really rude. - help desk is constantly busy so you don't get a chance for any assistance. I asked for an iron 5 times and still didn't get one. In the end I gave up. - when I got my room, it smelt bad like a plumbing problem. Went to the desk to get it sorted, they said they would check but nothing happened for the duration of my stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Un bref séjour de qualité
Séjour d’une nuit, accueil chaleureux, personnel souriant et agréable. Petit dej diversifié et très bon. L’accès plage se fait très rapidement. Le petit bémol, piscine ouverte officiellement jusqu’à 19h, a 18h30 il a fallu quémander une serviette qui nous a finalement été remise après 2 minutes de conversation! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

Looks like the best place in the area, beautiful beach, beautiful pool. I highly recommend. Have breakfast near the lobby, the downstairs restaurant is way too crowded. Make sure to visit the Sousse castle museum and the Roman colosseum in el Jem, also Carthage if you can 😃

Un très bel hôtel, quoique bondé. Le check in est très long en été, puisqu'il y a beaucoup de monde. Autrement, l'hôtel est irréprochable.

Cette hôtel n’est pas du tout digne d’un 5 étoiles on y est mal accueilli en arrivant on nous donne pas la chambre réservé ( malgré le message laisser a l’accueil avant l’arrivé) on nous donne une chambre à coter d’un bar musique jusqu’à 4h du matin j’ai du changer de chambre 3 fois j’ai passer mon séjour à l’accueil tout ce qu’ils font ces s’excuser mais ne trouve aucune solutions personnels incompétents qui vous font tourner en bourique!! La salle de bain est salle la déco est vieille sincèrement hôtel horrible il y a des hôtels tellement mieux pas loin plus jamais je ne reviendrai ne jamais se fier au nombre d’étoiles

Bad hotel
Bad hotel, the bathroom is full of water, there are also sounds of elevators. You cannot sleep. I spoke with the staff at the reception as well as the manager, and I explained the problem to them frankly. They are not cooperative. I do not recommend this hotel

Eher ein 4 Sterne Hotel … Aber Preise von einem 5*
Leider war das Essen im Restaurant sowie am Pool nicht besonderes gut. Die Preise sind für das gelieferte Essen und Service sehr unzureichend und nicht gut gedacht. Man zahlt für ein 5 Sterne Hotel bekommt jedoch Pappbecher und Servietten in Papierform, was für mich ärgerlich und traurig war. Nichts zu vergleichen mit Mövempick Tunis. Es ist definitiv kein 5 Sterne Location. Unter diesen Umständen werde ich das Hotel in Sousse bei den nächsten Business Reise nicht mehr buchen.

Certainement une belle installation , mais à ce prix et pour un 5 étoiles on s’attend à un meilleur accueil du personnel et ne pas être harcelé pour donner des pourboires… et surtout ne pas avoir une chambre qui ouvre sur un chantier. On voie bien la plage mais on a le bruit des scies électriques toute la journée ! Autre point négatif , nourriture très très moyenne ( en bas des attentes pour un 5 * ) et bonne chance pour trouver des cuillères pour se servir dans le buffet. Ah oui ..pour le café du matin pensez à avoir vos sachets Nescafe c’est plus simple… Heureusement l’emplacement est très bon . On a pu passer plus de temps à l’extérieur de l’hôtel pour avoir de meilleurs moments. Je ne reviens pas, c’est certain.

Overall the stay at Mövenpick was average!! Nothing like any other Mövenpick . Some of the car park stuff were rude and unprofessional except " Chawki " whom was really helpful attentive and professional. The food at the restaurant was identical every morning for 14 straight days to the point my wife and i decided to go elsewhere for variety. "Ibrahim " was the saviour tbh : great service with a smile that made the breakfast pleasant.

The night clubs next to the hotel they close late and it’s kinda annoying but this hotel is the best in the aria.
