The master bedroom includes a plush queen-size bed, while the guest bedroom features two single beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The two bathrooms are finished with elegant coral stone tiles, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Wireless internet is available throughout the condo, and air conditioning is provided in both bedrooms for your comfort.

Additional notes:

- A one-time cleaning fee of USD $50 is added to all reservations at the time of booking. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of USD $50 per each additional week will be due and will be collected through a reservation modification.

- Check-in window frame is from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Check outs at 11am.

- Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) and late check-in (after 5:00 PM) are available upon request, subject to availability, and incur an additional fee of USD $20.

- Late check-out (after 12:00 PM) is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs an additional fee of USD $20.

LONG TERM RENTALS:

LONG TERM RENTALS have a jaw-droppingly discount applied but this price EXCLUDES electricity, laundry and housekeeping. The electric meter would be read at check-in and then at check-out and would be paid in cash based on consumption. There is a washing machine and dryer in the building/condo at no additional cost. Guests must provide their own detergent.
