Disappointed! Lots of issues & no safe access to the beach!
The sad thing is I talked to the property manger ahead of time & they never mentioned the beach was gone! The pictures are deceiving! To our surprise the beach was gone & there is no safe access to it! When we first arrived they took us to the wrong condo. The wooden dock steps were broken off & never repaired. To get to the beach we had to walk through very steep & sharp coral rock & jump down off rocks. We went to get groceries & discovered later everything was starting to thaw & the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t working. They took a couple days & said they needed a part. They replaced the element on the back of it. Pamela is who we talked to all the time.
Then we found out we had no hot water. Again they tell us they need to pick up a part & it would be a couple of days. She offered another unit which we used but it was pretty far from where we were.
The A/C in the rooms kept tripping off the breaker outside if we had them on for too long. We had problems with the internet too.
The washing machine stop working mid cycle. Also it says there are pantry items & there is absolutely nothing! We stayed at a lot of VRBO’s & all the places would at least have paper towels,salt-pepper & hand soap. The only thing they had was toilet paper but when we requested more we were told if we needed more we would have to buy it ourselves. We were totally shocked! We had 5 people staying there for 7 days! I think a lot of this could have been prevented if they would do proper up keep on their units! The monkey jungle & ziplining was awesome & there is amazing restaurants in the area like Bailey’s & Bologna but you might want to find a different plac to stay!
