リゾートホテル
母と２度目の滞在、４泊しました。 港から近いのでエレベーターを使えば楽に到着しますし、カプリ島はもちろんポジターノやアマルフィもバスで行くよりで便利で快適に移動できます。なによりお部屋や朝食会場からの景色が素晴らしいです。崖下のビーチから聞こえてくる歓声もリゾート気分を上げてくれます、が、言ってしまえば、ここのホテルの良いところはそのくらい。 お部屋の冷蔵庫はきかないし、ポットもない（ルームサービスを使えというコトでしょうが）少々古臭さは否めません。朝食はタルトの種類は多いけれど、特別美味しいわけでもない（悲しいかなカプチーノすらも！） 時期のせいか、欧米のお年寄りが多く滞在しているようでした。のんびりゆったりのリゾートホテルの印象です。ただフロント、レストランのスタッフはアジア人には冷たい感じ。チェックアウトの際、お釣りをごまかされた時には久々にガッカリしました。ここ数年、イタリアが好きで出かけていますが、そんなこと無かったので。

ソレントを拠点にカプリやアマルフィ方面の旅行でした。今どき部屋にミネラルウォーターが無いって久しぶりに体験しました。年配のフロントマンの人達はすごく友好的だが、若い人フロントマンはすごく愛想が悪い。。帰りにホテルからタクシーで港まで20ユーロにはびっくり

テラスや、朝食レストランからの景色、素晴らしかったです。港へも町の中心地へも近く便利でした。ホテルスタッフは親切且つ素早い対応で、心地よく過ごせました。難を言えば、2泊しましたが部屋の掃除が少し甘い印象だったのと、朝食のカプチーノが珈琲を感じないくらいのほぼホットミルクで驚きました。

古いがよく整備された居心地の良いホテル
2017年7月に5泊しました。 街の中心にあり、マリーナグランデも歩いて行けるのでとても便利。 海まではホテル専用のリフトで降りられます。 ハイシーズンだったのでオーシャンビューの部屋は高めでした。同額の日本のホテルに比べると設備や部屋の雰囲気から割高かと思います。 また、滞在中乗っていたエレベーターに不具合があり停止するなど古さは目立ちます。プールは海が見えるところにはなく、小さかったです。予算があればエクセルシオールの方が良いですが、総合的にはとても満足しています。

6月に高齢の母を連れ2泊しました。チェックイン時刻より早目についてしまいましたが（多分１２時頃）お部屋の準備ができたとのことで、案内していただき助かりました。 ホテル自体は古いですが、掃除は行き届いており、 古さが逆に味に感じられました。シービューのお部屋からは、ベスビオ火山や日没時に海に沈んでいく太陽が美しく、 まるでショーをみるかのようでした。 また、フロントにいた女性のレセプショニストが大変優秀でした。(お名前を聞くのを失念しました。）英語力が中学生レベルの私にもわかりやすい英語で、地図を使って説明してくれたので、近くにあるスーパーやポジターノへのバス乗り場等迷わずいけました。宿泊料金はお高いですが、それに見合った滞在となりました。ソレントは大好きな街なので、また泊まりたいです！

ソレントならこのホテル
立地がとても良いし、眺望も最高。 目の前の海岸に行くのにも、専用のエレベーターもあり便利。 スタッフの方もフレンドリーでとても親切でした。

断崖絶壁にある眺めのいいホテル
宿泊されるならオーシャンビューの部屋をオススメします！フェリー乗り場からリフトに乗って上がったすぐのところにあり、断崖絶壁の上に立つホテルです。若干の古さはあるますが、気にならない程度です。朝食もパンの種類も豊富で、眺めのいい場所で食べれます。 また泊まりたいです！

ソレントの海とそよ風と対岸のヴェスヴィオ火山
ソレント特有の絶壁の上に立つホテルで、真下が海水浴場になっています。ロビーの階には、海側にテラスがあり、ソレントの海とそよ風と対岸のヴェスヴィオ火山・・・・来て良かったと思える瞬間でした。朝食もすてきなレストランでね数多くの食材がそろっており、特にドルチェは充実していました。値段も良いですが、それなりの価値があると思いました。浴槽付き、部屋にテラス付きという条件でしたが、1階と2階の中間にある小さい窓のみの部屋に通されましたが、条件が違うことをいい、他の部屋に変えてもらいました。総合的には、また行きたいテルです。

海側からの景色が最高
やや古くなった感じはいなめないが、施設は清潔できれい。 海沿いの絶壁の上にたっていて海が見えるところでは景色が最高。 ビーチはエレベーターで降りていけるが、施設は有料。また砂浜ではない。 港まで歩いて１０分くらい。降りていくときは。上るときはもう少しかかる。 到着時タクシーを使ったらかなり近いのに１５ユーロもかかった。 駅までは歩いて１５分くらいか。結構かかる。

This hotel sits on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean, and we had a room also looking out over it. It was amazing! Everything was top notch!

What a great hotel! Perfect location with incredible views! Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We could not have asked for more in our stay. If you are going to Sorrento, you have to stay here! Can’t wait to return!

Some staff were alright, many rude especially the pool guy, bar tender and beach rental office. They should hire much friendlier staff that has good customer service skills at a place like this.

From the moment we stepped in to this hotel we were blown away. The staff were superb and the unexpected upgrade to sea view took our breath away (and was very much appreciated). This was our first trip abroad as a couple in over 20 years and everything about this hotel made it very very special. The decor, location, breakfast, amazing staff and sea views. We were sad to leave but will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about this hotel! Very old world, beautiful in every way. The staff is very helpful, and you are walking distance from the heart of Sorrento. Highly recommend it for families traveling with children.

Our hotel concierge service was exceptional, similar to what one would expect at a luxury resort. Before our visit, we bombarded concierge staff with email questions which they readily answered, in English. During our stay, they advised us, made multiple dinner reservations for us at some of Sorrento’s most popular restaurants, and arranged for us chauffeur-driven excursions. We highly recommend this hotel for many reasons, and one being the helpfulness of the front desk staff. Thank you all again for your exuberant hospitality!

Hotel antigo , localização muito boa com lindas vistas do mar . O jardim tbm muito bonito , bem como as áreas comuns . Já o quarto totalmente decepcionante . Banheiro apertado , chuveiro super antigo esparramando água pra todos os lados , e com banheira embaixo , bastante inconveniente e perigoso ! Camas estreitas ! Mas o pior é o café da manhã ! Quase sem frutas , e quando acabam não repõem ! E quem quer comer maçã ou pêra cortadinhas no café ? Era só o que tinha ! O restaurante para jantar com avaliações muito ruins , resolvemos nem experimentar! Necessita de modernização dos quartos e melhora no restaurante !

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. The views from the lounge and bar are exceptional. The pool was a great benefit and easy access to the beach from the private lift was ideal. The staff were all wonderful and extremely attentive. We would highly recommend staying here.

This historic hotel has the feeling of elegant days gone by. Its staff are extremely professional and take pride in all of their roles as valued members of the team. Dining was a pleasurable experience both breakfast and dinner made to feel very welcome by Jack the maitre d’ and his colleagues. Giuseppe the bartender was amazing with his cocktail preparation and service.

Great location!
We loved the hotel and its location, it is a great hotel and very clean. We found that some of the staff, not all, were too serious and not very friendly. We personally like to be greeted with a smile and not feel as if we are burdening anyone.

The location of the property itself is great and easy access to the beach club and walkable to all the restaurants in Sorrento. However, the rooms themselves are outdated, had an odd smell and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

We stayed 4 days at the hotel. The location is convenient in the center of Sorrento and very close to the port. The service was generally good except for Mr. Vito at reception who doesn't have a very friendly attitude. The breakfast was good. The rooms need better maintenance and cleaning, could use a renovation, everything is very old. The view is spectacular.
