Specielt ophold

Det var fint rent, men kunne ikke helt finde ud af hvad vi var havnet på, en blanding af gamer shop og hotel, hvor der var en meget fokus på gamer delen og ikke særligt meget på hotel og service. Vi spurgte om det var muligt at få noget at spise kl19.00 og vi fik at vide at han lige skulle høre kokken, da de ikke havde haft nogen gæster om han ville lave noget, baren havde åbnet til kl20 måske 21 vis det ikke var for sent.

Opholdet var godt. Vi var der meget kort. Der var en lugt på 2 af værelserne på 1.sal, og et defekt toiletbræt. Brættet blev hurtigt skiftet. Servicen var god og venligt personale.

Vi blev vel modtaget af ung mand, der viste os rundt og gav os seddel med valg til morgenmad. Den var velassorteret og levede op til det. Hotel er gammelt men heller ikke dyrt. Dejligt at de unge mennesker kan kombinere hoteldrift og bestyrer gamershop. Kommer gerne igen

Vi havde hvad der vil vise sig at være yderst heldigt kun 1 nat på dette egentlig ret hyggelige ældre hotel. Vi tjekker ind lørdag og smider vores tasker på værelser og tænker her er da en smule køligt men vi har en aftale i Sorø og smutter hurtigt igen. Kommer retur til hotellet efter receptionen er lukket. På værelset er der mildt sagt virkeligt sygt koldt radiatoren er iskold vi findee en ekstra dyne at smide over os for bare at få lidt varme. Tænker ok vi prøver at være positive for vi kan da se lidt tv. Men nej set virker lige så ringe som varmen. Da vi tjekker ud Søndag ville vi da lige venligt lade dem vide at der jo desværre ingen varme var på værelset hvor til svaret var at ja det vidste de godt for problemet opstod Fredag. Så man vælger bevidst ved ankomst at undlade at være ærlig og sige at der er et problem med varmen. Virkelig ringe service hvor jeg men skylder sine gæster en form for ærlighed.

Vedr. morgenmad, blev det aftalt, at der blev placeret en morgenmads pakke i køleskabet og det var også tilfældet. Det blev også nævnt, at kaffen blot skulle tændes og få min. efter vil der værre frisk kaffe, der var dog ingen kaffebønder, kaffe kop så ingen morgen kaffe.

Kunne gøres bedre

Super fint og dejligt sted. Sødt personale. Lækker spisestue med god morgenmad. Men vi betalte 300kr ekstra pr. døgn for at have en hund med, og værelset lugtede af kloak. Der ville man gerne have nogle penge refunderet eller blevet omplaceret.

Ragni e ragnatele ovunque. Sia dentro la stanza che fuori. Viaggiamo con un cane e ci hanno confinato in un ala del hotel ancora da ristrutturare che dava l’impressione di essere chiusa da tempo. Il terrazzo della stanza era sporco al punto di essere inutilizzabile. La porta finestra per tenera leggermente aperta l’abbiamo legata con una corda. Il costo no è assolutamente adeguato al servizio offerto. Nota positiva la posizione strategica e la gentilezza del personale.
