Private: property 50 m2, meadow. Stepped path (7 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Colico" 11 km. Nearby attractions: Domaso 10 km, Colico 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Como, Mezzola. Please note: car recommended.
    3-room semi-detached house 40 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: on the lower ground floor: kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, kettle, freezer) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 open room with 1 sofabed and 1 pull-out bed. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings.
