Im Sommer wird es nicht zu heiß, da sich der Hauptteil im Souterrain befindet. Ein eigener Parkplatz rundet das Ganze ab.Als kleine Anregung: Gardinen für den Hauptbereich wären schön, um den Raum bei Bedarf etwas mehr zu verdunkeln.
