Great place for a stay

Staid for a week in this place, had a very pleasant stay. Property was clean, kitchen well equipped, everything corresponded to the given description of property. Towels were changed during our stay, that was a pleasant surprise. Property is in very nice and calm place, a lot of nice restaurants around in walking distance, few minutes from property you can find Aldi. Also only 8 minutes walking distance to the sea! The beach is really nice and clean, a lot of restaurants on the sea side.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war hell und freundlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber, ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator. Wir haben den Service sehr genossen alle drei Tage frische Handtücher zu bekommen und einmal die Woche Bettwäsche, die wunderbar frisch gewaschen geduftet hat. Das Apartment liegt ca. 600 Meter vom schönen Sandstrand mit kristallklarem Wasser entfernt.Ein Aldi Markt ist ca. 300 Meter entfernt. Frau Scholz ist für uns jederzeit erreichbar gewesen und stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Gerne wieder!

Ich hatte ein Apartment für 4 Wochen gebucht und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist für 2 Personen optimal; es gibt ein separates Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und einem großen Wandschrank. Der Wohnraum mit der Küchenecke ist geräumig und mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ein gut funktionierendes WLan und sehr viele deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Die Familie Scholz ist sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht, auch im Vorfeld war der Kontakt per Email problemlos und es gab immer sehr schnell eine Antwort. Fußläufig erreichbar gibt es einen Supermarkt und bis zum Strand läuft man weniger als 10 Minuten. Alles in allem kann ich das Haus sehr empfehlen für alle, die es ruhiger mögen und nicht in der ersten Reihe an der Strandpromenade ein Quartier suchen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Toller entspannter Urlaub

Sehr schönes Haus mit mehreren Appartements. Die Wohnungen sind modern und gut einrerichtet. Leider ist die Klimaanlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Kühlleistung nicht mehr so gut. Sehr nette und freundliche deutschsprachige Gastgeber.

Top Appartements zu weiter empfehlen !!!!!!

Wunderschönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Appartement, sehr ruhig gelegen und doch nur etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und der großartigen Promenade entfernt. Wir waren zum ersten mal dort und haben uns von der Familie Scholz und Frau Weinberg als Vermieter sehr gut aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt. Es war rundum ein schöner Urlaub. Wir sagen vielen Dank für alles an das gesamte Team und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Urlaub, den wir garantiert wieder bei Ihnen verbringen werden. Well equipped & clean apartment in fab location

Great communication with the host from booking through check-in to leaving. Apartment was spotless, bed was super comfortable & theres a great power shower in the bathroom. Added bonus of a roof terrace to soak up the sun. 5 minutes walk from the resort so the apartment is quiet at night, the little train runs right past the front door. Would highly recommend & would stay again.

Schönes Apartment für unseren Aufenthalt

Zuerst einmal möchten wir uns für den netten und unkomplizierten Kontakt zum Vermieter bedanken, schon im Vorhinein konnten wir alles klären und bekamen eine 1A Wegbeschreibung zugesandt. Das Apartment im "Hochparterre" war klein aber fein. Für uns 2 völlig ausreichend und hell/bunt eingerichtet. Der große Wandschrank im Schlafzimmer war toll, dort konnten wir auch die Koffer verräumen. In der Küche fand man fast alles was man brauchte, eine Salatschüssel oder ähnliches wäre für die Zukunft vielleicht ein Tipp an die Vermieter :) Sofa bequem, Terrasse toll. Das Bad ist sehr klein und dunkel, aber ich denke, in der Wohnung auch nicht anders realisierbar. Die Wohnung war tiptop sauber. Die Dachterrasse des Hauses lädt zum Sonnen ein. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne mal wieder. Zur Lage: Man ist ruckzuck an der Strandpromenade von Cala Millor und man kann vor dem Haus gut parken, sowie die größeren Supermärkte (Lidl, Mercadona) sind mit dem Auto erreichbar). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nur durch einen Zufall hatten wir die Gelegenheit, in dieser wunderschönen und sehr gepflegten Apartmentanlage übernachten zu dürfen. Es erwartete uns neben einem sehr freundlichen und herzlichen Kontakt mit der Assistentin Ingrid, ein wundervolles, sauberes, sehr gepflegtes, modern eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit sehr netten Eigentümer. Die Betten waren top, wir konnten prima schlafen. Auch die Lage des Hauses war optimal und der saubere Strand sehr schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Schade, dass es nur ein Kurztrip war, hier wären wir gerne länger geblieben. Dafür kommen wir aber wieder, versprochen ;-)
