"It’s says 4 star hotel and lots of promising stuff on website, we did stay for 4 days in superior suite room. The hot tub didn’t work , AC didn’t work in second room. The sheets and mattress looks like from history, shower and sink where clogged and it smells really bad. When I ask for towels for pool at 10 am they told me maybe afternoon in the afternoon they told me tomorrow, definitely will not recommended this hotel for price at all and I will cut one star , if the price will be half from...

"Das Hotel wäre super gewesen, wenn es einen Zimmerservice gegeben hätte, der das Zimmer täglich gereinigt hätte und die Handtücher getauscht hätte. Das war in den 3 Tagen nicht der Fall. Am zweiten Tag, obwohl wir das "bitte reinigen" Schild an der Tür gehängt haben, kamen wir nach Hause und es war nichts gemacht und das Schild hing immer noch an der Tür. "
