7.8/10 Good! (162 reviews)
I read some negative reviews before check in and I do not understand them at all. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good (we ate lunch, 2 dinners and breakfast), we had air conditioning and a hot shower. The pool area was nice and the bar made proper cocktails- the first in our 3 weeks in Africa. We stayed 2 nights and would recommend. The airport shuttle left right when it was booked, even though it was 4 am.

8/10 Very Good! (3 reviews)
"We had a fabulous experience here staying one night before our Safari and a night after the Safari. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful and part of a coffee plantation. There were a couple of internet moments of on and off but beyond that, no complaints"
