From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by Solitude and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles.

Welcome to First Tracks Townhome at Solitude!  This townhome, renovated Summer 2025, provides ample space for up to 14 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and is just over 800 feet from the Apex Lift.  The open floor plan on the main level makes it easy to enjoy time together, whether you are cooking a meal in the kitchen, or playing a board game in the living room.  Need a break?  Relax on one of two balconies while taking in picturesque mountain views, or enjoy access to Club Solitude's amenities (including hot tub, heated pool, exercise and game rooms).

This home features amazing views of the slopes, hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, heated bathroom floors, free and fast WIFI, and all the comforts of home. First Tracks also has exclusive ski-in/out access - we are 1 of only 3 ski-in/out townhomes at Solitude, about 830 feet across the Village Plaza to the Apex Lift! Is there anything better than being first in line and first back home?

LOFT - Level 4:
-Moose Loft Retreat-  Large suite boasting a Queen bed, 3 sets of Twin XL Bunk Beds, a pull-out double sofa bed, fireplace, and TV with DVD player.  A round table is perfect for playing cards or games, or for taking care of work/school.  Ensuite bathroom with double vanity and full-size shower/bath.

MAIN LEVEL - Level 3:
-Great Room-  Two big comfy couches, one armchair, a large flat screen Smart TV, fireplace, and balcony.

-Kitchen-  Fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and ample tools to help you make a meal for the whole family.  New appliances and a dishwasher make cooking and clean-up a breeze. 

-Dining Room-  Beautiful dining table that seats up to 8 with seating for 4 more at the adjacent breakfast bar.

-Honeycomb Guest Retreat-  King bed with new furniture, a fireplace, TV with DVD player, and balcony access shared with the Great Room.  Ensuite full bathroom with a deep tub, double shower and double vanity.

DOWNSTAIRS - Level 2:
-Wildflower Guest Retreat-  Queen bed and ensuite full bathroom.  Bedroom has TV with DVD player, fireplace, and shared balcony with bedroom next door

-Quaking Aspen Primary Retreat-  King bed with ensuite bathroom featuring a separate shower and deep tub.   Bedroom has TV with DVD player and shared balcony with guest bedroom.

-Garage-  WINTER: Private 2 car garage.  Easy and convenient storage for your ski gear.  Grab the wood from the garage to start a wood-burning fire in the living room. SUMMER: Owner stores a vehicle in the 2nd garage in the summer only. There will be 1 spot in the garage available, and 2 driveway spaces are also available during warmer months.
