On one acre of private property on the Kenai River. High end home with premier walk out fishing right out on the property. This immaculately kept custom Moerlein built home on the Kenai River has granite counter tops throughout, pine ceiling, and plenty of windows for all the natural light and enjoyment of being on the river. 3rd room is a loft above the detached garage.

Spacious, clean and conveniently located. We were so pleased with the property. It’s well stocked and has everything you need. Great fishing spot for up to 5 people fishing at a time. The fishing was hot! Huge freezer on property to freeze all the fish. Would definitely recommend to others!!!

Beautiful Tranquil and Perfect!

I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this by far Ranks up there at the top! Totally exceeded expectations. The house is very nice, and the setting is absolutely perfect, whether you want to watch the water go by or drop a fishing line in. The house is equipped with everything you can imagine you’d need- we didn’t have to run to the store for anything ! There is ample room to spread out both inside and outside the house... The owner and the property manager were very responsive and helpful... thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

Perfect spot on the Kenai River

We had a Great experience at this property with our group of 10. Check in was very smooth. It was a gorgeous spot on the river, with a south facing deck for soaking up the sun, and plenty of room on the river to fish. A large kitchen and dining area made meals for the large group easy. It felt secluded, but only a few minutes from town for quick resupplies. Lots a beds and room to get away and rest. We hope to come back again later.
