De kamer was schoon. Het bed goed. Het personeel was behulpzaam, maar een tip: vertel de gasten hoe de verlichting werkt. Verder was het drinkwater vervuild. Daarom was het advies voor het oosten van Utrecht om het water drie minuten te koken. Dit had verteld moeten worden. Wij wisten het niet, omdat wij de gehele dag al op pad waren.

Het was teleurstellend om de kamer te zien, was meer een hok met uitzicht tegen het dak. Was comfort kamer maar leek nergens op. Gelukkig was er toch nog een andere kamer beschikbaar, meer ruimte en daardoor fijner. Helaas zal er iemand anders wellicht wel in dat hok hebben moeten slapen.

Bien mais attention au détail

Studio mis à disposition à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Tout était comme sur les photos, tout était propre, du moins a l'aspect, car nous avons eu un dégât des eaux dû au non nettoyage de l'évacuation de l'eau de la douche. Le personnel est venu nettoyer toute la salle de bain, il est venu rapidement et fait tout ce qu'il fallait. Merci à lui de sa réactivité et de son service (ce n'était pas de sa faute)

Goede ligging, mooie omgeving. Ondanks dat het aan een redelijk drukke weg ligt hoor je daar in de kamers niets van. Ik zeg nu kamers, maar het zijn meer een soort van appartementjes, met fijne bedden en aparte douche en toilet. Pas geleden totaal gerenoveerd, dus helemaal prima.Personeel is erg aardig en proberen er alles aan te doen om je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Ik ben erg tevreden.

Værelset var nyrenoveret. Personalet var venligt og imødekommende. Vi ankom tidligt og kunne checke ind uden problemer. Jeg havde bestilt en dobbelt seng, men der var to enkeltsenge, der var skubbet lidt sammen. Ikke optimalt. Der var restaurant på hotellet, men menukortet var kun på hollandsk og der var ingen priser på kortet. Der var en QR kode til at logge ind på et engelsk menukort, men det eneste det kunne vise var ordet "Menu". Restaurant og reception var lukket søndag aften. Måske var der et opslag angående dette, et eller andet sted. Jeg vil dog overveje at booke igen på dette hotel.

Hele fijne locatie, ontbijt was goed (uitgebreid), de kamer was netjes. Alleen was er een renovatie gaande waardoor er wat bedrijvigheid was op het terrein. Bij de receptie nog aangegeven dat we wat mieren op de kamer hadden, hier werd keurig op geantwoord en gingen ze wat aan doen. Verder vriendelijk en netjes personeel. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Klasse Hotel für Familienurlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kids) waren im Hotel zu Gast, um ein paar Ausflüge zu unternehmen (z.B. Utrecht, Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Zanse Schaans). Das Hotel bietet eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus und ist auch sehr gut mit dem PKW erreichbar - ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig, vom benachbarten Sportplatz ist nichts zu hören. Der Restaurantbereich ist großzügig, hell und einladend gestaltet. Die Zimmer im Seitenflügel sind zum Teil schon modernisiert (sehr schön), im Eingangsbereich des Hauptgebäudes wird gerade umgebaut. Klasse als Familie: mit 4 Personen hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Zum Frühstück wären etwas saisonales Obst und Cornflakes noch klasse.

Een echte aanrader

Zeer vriendelijke receptionist. Er was geen warme maaltijd mogelijk in het restaurant omdat er geen kok aanwezig was. Maar met onze kinderen gaf hij als tip om naar De Kabouterhut 1,5km verderop te gaan. En dat was een heel goede aanbeveling. De kamers waren zeer recent vernieuwd en dus perfect in orde. Alleen mocht er iets meer ventilatie zijn want de verfgeur was best wel aanwezig. Je kan enkel de deur naar buiten en 1 raam op kipstand zetten. Maar dat was dan ook het enige minpuntje aan ons verblijf. De douche was zeer goed, de kamer mooi, voldoende stopcontacten en snelle wifi. Het ontbijt was niet overdreven, maar less is more. We hebben goed ontbeten en waren allen voldaan. Alweer was de man van de receptie heel behulpzaam en bracht glazen melk aan onze tafel voor de kinderen :-)
