"Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment down to the ski room — something we’ve never experienced before. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. On our first evening, the service was again outstanding. Your staff were incredibly attentive, and they introduced you to us as the owner. When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here. A few members of your team I would like to give special mention to are Anna at reception; our waitress, whose name I regret I didn’t catch but who I believe is Slovakian; the Greek barman; and the gentleman who I assume is the restaurant or front-of-hou"

"Great service, amenities and location"

"This was a ski trip, so I chose this hotel because it has in&out skiing. You literally walk out the back, and ski onto the run. A little trickier coming back at the end of the day. You have to take the lift (19 I think) above it, and then ski down a very steep run to get to the back of the hotel. That was asking a lot from my legs after hours of skiing. There might be an easier route, but i didn‘t ask. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. Room was great, the breakfast was excellent, and they also have a snack time after skiing, and of course dinner. There is a warm, indoor pool, and a small gym with a treadmill & free weights. I did a short workout one evening. You get your own locker for storing skis, boots, etc that is coded to your room keycard. Overall, I loved it! The staff was friendly & helpful. I will definitely return to Sölden to ski again, and will stay at Hotel Edelweiß. I won‘t even bother looking for a different hotel - it‘s just too convenient! "

"Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil der Preis zunächst attraktiv erschien. Während unseres Aufenthalts herrschte jedoch Nebensaison – der Pool und die Sauna waren geschlossen (man konnte jedoch alles im gegenüberliegenden Hotel nutzen), das Restaurant und die Bar waren nicht in Betrieb, die Rezeption war nur morgens besetzt, und die Zimmerreinigung beschränkte sich im Wesentlichen auf das Entleeren des Mülleimers. Das Frühstück war vermutlich das schlechteste, das ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Insgesamt hatte man nicht das Gefühl, in einem „richtigen“ Hotel Urlaub zu machen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel neu und sauber ist, ein schönes Design hat und die Dame an der Rezeption wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch einen schönen Urlaub, da die Natur rundherum wirklich magisch ist. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich jedoch etwas „voll funktionierendes“ wählen, selbst wenn es ein wenig teurer wäre."
