"Our stay at Decapolis Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a fantastic location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and always kept spotless by the housekeeping staff.
What really made our stay memorable was the outstanding customer service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in until the day we left.
The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a day of exploring Panama. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Decapolis Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality hotel with exceptional service.Unfortunately, our experience at Petit Bistro was extremely disappointing.
The restaurant brought me the wrong meal. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that kitchens can get busy. However, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff repeatedly insisted that I had ordered the wrong dish, even though the food they served did not match the menu description or what I had ordered before. This made me feel as though I didn't understand the menu, rather than simply admitting there had been an error.
Only later did they apologize, explaining that the kitchen was very busy and had made a mistake. By that point, I had already paid for the incorrect meal and left."
