Fine accommodation, price taken into account, and excellent to staying in the old town. Everything in good condition, but a lot of dirt/dust under the bed. Would be nice with a small shelf for soap etc. in the shower.

Great location in city center. Very clean always. 2 negatives. There is no elevator, of the 5 rooms only room 1 was on the ground floor. They should let people know about that. Only other thing is that in the shower stall there’s no where to put your soap and shampoo. You have to keep picking them up off the floor.

L’occhio vuole la sua parte, ma non basta

La Struttura è molto bella e ben ristrutturata di recente.Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata totalmente negativa per la camera al piano terreno con una porta di accesso indipendente a bordo strada (non utilizzabile perché chiusa e non isolata) e finestre affacciate sul marciapiede non isolate. E’ stato praticamente impossibile chiudere occhio durante tutta la notte tra il viavai di macchine e il vociare dei pedoni e pensare che siamo a fine agosto e pochissima gente in circolazione.Discutibile la mancanza di una salvietta per bidet perché particolarmente scomodo utilizzare il salviettone da doccia. Suggerisco anche di mettere un gancio appendiabiti in bagno.Avevo scelto l’opzione di prenotazione con pagamento in struttura ed avevo comunicatio con largo anticipo (via whatsapp) che avrei pagato con carta di credito aziendale ed invece la mattina stessa del mio check in, molto prima che arrivassi in struttura, è stato effettuato l’addebito sulla carta di credito che avevo inserito unicamente a garanzia !!!!Decisamente eccessivo rapporto qualità prezzo considerando che la struttura rispetto a tante altre strutture di pari livello non offre un servizio anche solo la colazione.Quando ho trasmesso i dati lizzare per l’emissione di fattura mi hanno risposto che la fattura avrei dovuto richiederla ad hotel s’.com, ho dovuto insistere facendo presente che in tutti gli hotel in cui ho sempre prenotato ho ricevuto la fattura direttamente dalla struttura ecc. ecc….

Struttura carina , confortevole e molto pulita

Struttura pulita e confortevole ristrutturata recentemente. La gestione è remota ( praticamente tutta corrispondenza via chat di whatsapp ) ma il personale è molto affidabile, veloce e competente nel rispondere e sempre a Vs disposizione. Se devo proprio trovare una pecca ( facendo molta fatica ) la stanza a piano terra ( numero 1 ) è da evitare perchè adiacente al marciapiede ed alla strada che è molto trafficata. Detto questo tornerei volentieri .
