Wonderful!!
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful and spacious house!! Our two families had plenty of space with comfortable accommodations. It was so nice to stay on the mountain with plenty of snow!!...and the snow plows always came through early. Owner and property managers were very diligent in responding to any questions. Highly recommended!!

Nice house
Had a nice time. Owner was very communicative. Ski in at back of house we weren’t really able to find and instead opted to ski back through drop in point which was great once we figured the process out.

appartment to die for
Sumptuous apartment with a real feel of being someones much loved second home not just a rental cash cow well supported by management agent and owner checked we were all ok the house is on a road that is prone to snow and a 4X4 is essential in winter you might even need snow chains if the snow is deep we had a rear wheel drive minibus which was a bit of an adventure to say the least.

Great stay overall
We had a great family vacation with adults and kids all finding space and activities throughout the house. Highlight of the trip was the attentiveness of the owner and management company. Any issues were rectified quickly. House itself is adequate but aging. That said, the value vs. other houses is apparent and the pictures and description is completely fair. The ski in / ski out at the end of the road (near the turn) is doable for even moderate skiers. Simply have to walk down the street or get dropped off. Probably 300-400 yards or a very brief drop off in the car. Great stay overall.

30th boys trip
Great house for a bunch of men. 4 minute ride to free premium village parking. 7 men but would have been more comfortable with 6 as we had to use a fold out bed in the sitting room. Great fully stocked kitchen. Apparently there is ski in , couldn’t find it but it was great to park in the village.

Great Stay!
We had a great visit to Snowmass! The house was very spacious to accommodate our large group of family and friends. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and sheets, and the hot tub was fantastic. Communication with the property managers was also smooth as well as the check-in and check-out process. Overall, it was a great stay!

We were awed by the opulence, luxury of this home. We were really comfortable, felt safe and well cared for. The host was extremely conscientious, verifying our comfort, extremely kind to the few quirks we encountered with the property. We would return in a heartbeat.

Large Family Reunion
Our family of 10 (parents, daughters and their families) stayed at this home which was fantastic. Furthermore, we chose this home to host my large extended family of 30 (range in age from 3-81)which were all joining us for dinners. The back yard was perfect size with lots of room for 7 large tables (5-5' round and 2 large serving) and room for playing games like Cornhole (bean bag toss). All my extended family were quite envious because their lodging wasn't great. And to top off our stay the deer showed up each evening and the weather gods looked most favorably upon our entire three day stay. Everyone in our large group commented that they would definitely lease this home for any future events. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Home on Snowmass Mountain
Previous recommendations were accurate. It is a large, spacious, well insulated home and we would definitely rent again. There are 4 bedrooms and office/den can be a 5th bedroom with its own full bathroom. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linen and towels, kitchen is well equipped and jacuzzi came in handy after long hiking days. Loved having access to trails on the mountain right out the back door. We also had 2 adults working in separate areas on zoom without any problems. There is still problems with some of the door hardware not working properly and I would have prefered brighter lights but neither of these would stop me from coming back.

Great house to accommodate 7-8 people. Well insulated from sounds in other rooms. Several small things need improvement -- door knob on one bedroom inoperative; several burned-out light bulbs; primary coffee maker missing the glass coffee pot.

Snowmass 2022
Beautiful spacious property with great Rocky mountain views everywhere. Snowmass and everything there is close. There are some easy improvements that would greatly improve my stay. 1. Hardware on doors is in disrepair and it is a problem to close doors as some will jam The latch on the master bedroom fell off leaving a lack of privacy. 2. The house had not been cleaned at our 4 o'clock check-in time. Trash, bedding , towels, dishes stove dirty etc. It took a lot of effort to contact someone to get service. They finally came just after Superbowl halftime but didn't finish. They came back and finished up the next morning. We were there seven days and didn't see them again. 3. We had a winter squall snowstorm leaving a snow accumulation higher than my ankles The house is on a hill. I managed to get a car down the driveway but wasn't able to get back up. I managed to intercept the guy who snow plowed the neighbors driveway and paid him at my expense to plow our driveway. 4. This is in no way a ski in ski out property. It's a long walk uphill and downhill along a 2 lane curvy icy roads to get to a bus stop.

Thank you Dan for your stay and comments. I would like to address each separately. #1. These are minor and have been repaired. 2 again my sincere apologies. This in unacceptable and has been addressed. In addition you were compensated for your inconvenience. 3. The driveway is heated and snow usually melts as a result. Unfortunately the ice melt failed WHILE you were there. It would have been easier for your to contact the property manager than risk a trek down the driveway. #4. The property description is clear. This is a ski access property. The access is spelled out. This in NOT ski in ski out. You would have paid a lot more had it been ski in ski out. Hope that clarifies things.

Very clean, great kitchen/living/dining space for a group. All bedrooms have ample space and nice bedding. Not quite ski in ski out in the traditional sense, but easy enough to get to and from the slopes.

Outstanding Accommodations
Our ski vacation was enhanced by these wonderful accommodations. The house was beautiful. Spacious for eight adults and "as advertised" (actually beyond our expectations). The hosts and property manager were very gracious. Nicole, Michael and Jesse were very responsive to my so many questions. I never booked through VRBO in the past so I was cautious. This first time success will definitely motivate future use of the service. Future trips to Snowmass and environs will certainly include a stay at this property should we return with the family group. The ski access (both ways) was convenient but not for everyone. No matter. The house was very close to all the amenities (shopping, groceries, libations, etc.), including the Elk Camp Base. We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a spacious, private and clean place to enjoy your vacation, particularly if it includes skiing in the region. Thanks!

Overall good experience. Location excellent for skiing Snowmass👍 Good family time with large family meals together. Small kids did well with large family room area. House needs some minor work but is pet friendly with hard wood floors. Great jacuzzi and trails near by.

Fantastic Snowmass House
Direct access to Tom Blake trail which is perfect for hiking and mountain biking based vacations. Big kitchen and comfy beds to eat and relax after activities. Poker set came in handy for rainy days. This property was clean, comfortable & awesome! Being dog friendly was the icing on the cake. My dog loved it!

Great House!
We had a great experience at this property! Great layout for large groups with 4 very spacious bedrooms, an office with fold out sofa, game room and a very large great room for cooking, dining and hanging out as a large group. The linens and facilities were all very comfortable and property owners and management were responsive with any questions. We loved the location at the end of a very quiet street with easy access to hiking trails and Snowmass Village. This home is a hidden jewel in SV and highly recommend!

Excellent adult getaway.
Beautiful home in heavily wooded cul de sac. Bed/bath set up was great for four couples, plus den. NFP a plus. Ski in/out for the more accomplished skier but a rare treat from this location. All in all, an outstanding week.

Perfect house!
The description of the house is modest compared to the quality of the home. First, Mike was so awesome and was able to accommodate us on short notice. We got burned on a house that was awful and was not as portrayed in description or on pictures and had cameras in the house. Awful experience. PSA: DO NOT RENT FROM PROPERTY ID: 45927! I scrambled to find something else and found this house and Mike was able to make things work for us! We enjoyed the rest of our vacation with plenty of room to spread out and very much enjoyed the hot tub and the steam shower. Thank you so much!

Great property!
We had a wonderful week in this spacious comfortable home. The only surprise was that we learned ‘ski-in, ski-out’ is a loose term. The owner was very responsive but we never heard from the property manager when we inquired about the broken washer. Overall, we had a great family vacation!

Beautiful location!
The home is beautiful but quite dated especially in technology. It is advertised as a home with TVs in main living area, master bedroom and downstairs den. On arrival no TVs were working. Property manager installed a new TV in main living area, but all other TVs very dated and did not operate. Also we were unable to get internet connection until property manager arrived to update credit card info so that internet access was available, which was important for us as many were working on lap tops etc. Home is also advertised as two king beds. There is one in the main master bedroom, but other guest room was a queen size. The other upstairs bedroom had two double beds and downstairs guest room was a queen. All beds were comfortable. We loved being close to the biking trails! Hope to return to this area soon!! Thank you!

Dream home in a dream location.
This is truly a beautiful home: Located within 200 yards of Assay Hill, Directly above the intermediate Elk Camp gondola station. With three large master bedrooms , a one bedroom independent unit with its own den and mini fridge and a separated library with a fold out queen bed The house decor is very tastefully done. The Gourmet kitchen, is well supplied with a gas burning stove and the dining/living room area is large and very comfortable even for large parties like ours. Contact with the owners was always very easy and very pleasant contributing to our delightful stay. Will definitely repeat

Beautiful House!!
My family and I spent several days at this house in February 2019. It's very spacious and comfortable. The beds especially were excellent. That's big plus in my book. Location is also fantastic. We were in from Florida for a ski vacation and had a wonderful time. We will be back for sure!

Love It!!!
Thank you so much for letting us have your beautiful house over Christmas. It was the perfect size. All the rooms were fantastic. The pillows and sheets were yummy as well. The folks at Premier Management were amazing and were there at the drop of a hat. It was so nice having a great big heated garage, especially when we were loading up and it was freezing outside.We never did figure out how to ski back to the house but that was ok. We had to go to Apres Ski instead!!! I can't wait till next year!!! Thanks you again!
