The night shift people were great but the morning lady was not professional at all, had attitude and then just ignored me and stopped talking to me. She was an absolute wench. She went out of her way to charge me a pet deposit when the night shift people when checking in welcomed me, saw my animals and were asking me about them and so friendly. The lady in the morning when I went to check out said I wasn’t allowed to have my cat there even though the night staff saw all my animals and said nothing, and charged my deposit, even after she saw I didn’t have any pet waiver signed. The staff at night didn’t have me sign anything and were fine. The next morning she said they didn’t even make me sign the waiver, I said well because no waiver was signed, they saw my pets and no one had an issue that I shouldn’t be charged for the property staff not doing their job but then blame it on me. I could’ve made accommodations for my cat for the night but no one cared but her. She went out of her way to be a complete wench, charged me, had attitude with me, and then stopped talking to me altogether. I cannot believe someone in this type of industry would treat a customer this way. This was such a great way to start off my very first day living in this town.
