Great location! Beautiful property good food in the restaurant and overall a wonderful experience

We stayed in the studio suite with a king bed. The room was very spacious and well equipped. Kitchenette was useful, although very basic. Bathroom was big, large walk-in shower, shower wand, lots of counter space around the sink. However, the bed was not comfortable, the pillows were small, flat and flimsy. Housekeeping was a letdown. There were previous guests' hairs in the sink and on the shower walls. After our first night, nobody came into the room to replenish coffee and replace towels. I called the front desk, and although they said someone's on the way, nobody showed up. I had to call again in the morning. The heating unit on the wall was loud and kept coming on and off all night long, waking us up. We didn't get a good nigh sleep. I expected more from this property.
