Do not recommend

The futon that was advertised as an extra bed was a hard pleather that wasn't comfortable to sit on, let alone sleep on. My 13-year-old tolerated it, but it barely fit her. The day before we checked out, I received a "don't mean to rush your stay" message that stated we needed to be out before 10AM because cleaners were coming. I was told that all towels/lines needed to be on the bed and all dishes were to be cleaned, or I would be charged extra. First, you sent a check-out time, I know to leave on time. Second, I paid you a cleaning fee, I think your cleaner is okay to find towels in the bathroom and linens on beds. Again, I'm paid a cleaning fee, why would I be charged for a few dirty dishes? I own a VRBO in Tucson, AZ and I would never send such a message. Finally, there are steps up to the carport and the owner literally was standing at the top as we struggled up the staircase with our luggage. Didn't offer to help, just glared at us. Even my kid asked, "Why was he just scowling at us, I guess he really wasn't going to help you with your suitcase?" He then rushed down the steps into the unit to make sure we hadn't destroyed the place I guess (or left a dirty dish). I paid more than a hotel room to stay at this property, so I don't understand why he was acting like he was doing us a favor. We paid a fair price to stay, were very quiet and clean. I will stay at the Inn down the street next time: actual beds, included cleaning, friendly staff. Never again.

Convenient location and very quiet!

The property worked out very well for our family. Everything was clean, found needed items easily and was so quiet. Communication with the owner went smoothly. We did not encounter any issues. Enjoyed the hideaway!

Excellent place!

For our daughter’s wedding weekend, we had our brother, wife and teenage daughter stay at this apartment. They reported that the apartment was very clean and had all the essentials. They also said that Jared was friendly and had excellent communication with them and that they would happily stay there again.

Quiet and Peaceful

Very comfortable and peaceful apartment. We were in Snohomish for a family reunion. We loved being there and the room was perfect. Our 11 year old slept on the futon in the living room. It was very comfy with a featherbed topper. We all slept like a dream.
