Unwind and relax in the private hot tub while you enjoy the ocean views and picture-perfect sunsets. Experience this updated kitchen, where the owner personally scoured the shores for sharks teeth to create the custom one of a kind back splash. Enjoy dinner with your friends and family all while enjoying the most breathtaking ocean views through the panoramic floor to ceiling windows. The peacefulness of stepping onto the white sands via your private beach access and feel free to get rid of any sandy feet with the outdoor shower. Step out onto either of the ocean facing balconies with your morning cup of coffee or tea while you wake up with the soothing sounds of the waves. Slip out onto the town for fine-dining, attractions, and even more memory making adventures. There is no need to find a pet sitter or leave your furry friend behind as this property is pet friendly. You truly couldn't ask for a more enjoyable experience on Topsail Island.
All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available

Excellent location and home!

We really enjoyed our stay! House is beautifully decorated and clean. Check in process was easy and earlier than expected. We loved the outdoor space patio as well as closeness to the beach! Would definitely stay here again
