Experience coastal living at its finest in this beautiful, brand-new 2022 Construction home. Beach Badger #147, a Landmark Vacation Rentals property, is an immaculately maintained 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home located on the second row of a quiet neighborhood in North Topsail Beach. Boasting phenomenal ocean and sound views throughout, you’ll find yourself wanting to return to year after year. The beach is easily accessible with a private beach access located directly across the street, and the Seaview Fishing Pier is only a few doors down. Beach Badger is highlighted by its open and airy living spaces, sleek interior design, it private hot tub, and huge game room. Dogs are welcome for an additional non-refundable fee of $150 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.
This home features a reverse floor plan, which allows you to enjoy ocean views from the 4th-floor living area, as well as from the hot tub on the 4th-floor deck. The open living space is beautifully decorated with a coastal color palette for a soothing and relaxing vibe. A comfortable living room consists of two couches, two chairs, and a large TV. The living room opens up to an oceanview deck through glass sliders with private hot tub. Seating for ten can be found at a dining table located between the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipment with everything and more needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. An InstaPot, food processor, slow cooker, two blenders, a Keurig, and a drip coffee maker are available for guests to use. There are six bar stool seats surrounding the center island. Sound view deck access can be found off of the kitchen, as well as a half bathroom also located on the top floor.
The third floor features 3 of the 6 bedrooms. The first bedroom is 1 of 2 master suites, which has a king-sized bed, an oceanview deck, and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms on this floor have queen-sized beds, one with a private sound view deck. A full bathroom is shared between the two queen bedrooms. A full-sized washer and dryer is located on this floor as well.
The second floor features the 2nd primary master suite (bedroom #4), which has a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom and oceanview deck access. The 5th bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a single twin bed. The 6th bedroom has a queen-sized bed. A full bathroom is shared between the bunk room and the queen bedroom.
The first floor (ground level) has a ping-pong table, darts, basketball shooting game, a sitting area, and an extra fridge. This area makes for a great additional hang-out area for the kids. Tons of beach going equipment including two paddle boards are available for guest use (please note, Landmark Vacation Rentals does not maintain this equipment and is not responsible for what is available or the functionality of it).
A private beach access is located directly across from the driveway. There are 7 Smart TVs throughout the house, 1 in each bedroom as well as the living room. High-speed internet is provided. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed.
Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.
Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay on the keyless entry lock. Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you!
