Luxury Awaits! This lovely beach home will provide you and your family the ultimate beach vacation. Come and enjoy the beach in this luxurious direct oceanfront home with a magnificent and unobstructed view of the glistening Atlantic Ocean. The private beach access crossover is right in front of the home and it ensures you’ll feel you have the beach all to yourself. To add to your enjoyment, you will find a large private oceanfront swimming pool equipped with plenty of seating and lounging space. The pool is designed with a kiddie pool on one end that can also double as a hot tub if heated. When heated the main pool is also heated which works in conjunction with the hot tub. If the heat is not applied the small pool/hot tub is utilized as a kiddie pool (see pool instructions below).

The home features 5 bedrooms with 4.5 baths and will sleep 14 comfortably. The bedding set-up includes 4 kings, 4 custom built-in twin bunks, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.

As you first approach the home you will notice it has a 3-car enclosed garage and plenty of additional parking space in the driveway. From the garage there is a wet weather entry which is great when bringing in supplies of a rainy day. As you enter the grand foyer area you will instantly notice the beautiful décor with custom tiled flooring and a magnificent chandelier. You will also find storage cabinets, an extra fridge and an elevator that will quickly transport you from the ground level and to all levels above.

From the foyer you can take the elevator or the staircase which will lead you to the first living level. This level includes 4 bedrooms, secondary living room and a laundry room.

The secondary living room is equipped with a large queen sleeper sofa, comfortable arm chairs, end tables with lamps, coffee table, ceiling fan, large flatscreen mounted smart TV and a shuffleboard game table.

Master Bedroom 1 is located on the oceanfront side (south facing) and is equipped with a king bed, comfortable chair, dresser, night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, closet and a large flatscreen TV mounted to the wall. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find comfortable outdoor seating. This bedroom also has its own private bath with a tiled walk-in shower.

Master Bedroom 2 is located on the oceanfront side (mid house) and is equipped with a king bed, comfortable chair, dresser, night stands and lamps, ceiling fan, closet and a large flatscreen TV mounted to the wall. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find comfortable outdoor seating. This bedroom also has its own private bath with tiled walk-in shower.

Master Bedroom 3 is located on the oceanfront side (north facing) and is equipped with a king bed, comfortable swivel rocker, dresser, night stands and lamps, ceiling fan, closet and a large flatscreen TV mounted to the wall. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find comfortable outdoor seating. This bedroom has a Jack and Jill bath that is equipped with a tub/shower combination and double vanities.

Bedroom 4 is located on the sound side of the house and is equipped with 4 custom built-in twin bunks. Each bunk has its own private reading light as well as electrical outlet for charging devices. This bedroom is equipped with a swing chair, large flatscreen TV mounted to the wall and a window seat. This bedroom shares the Jack & Jill bath with Master Bedroom 3.

This level also houses a large laundry room that is equipped with a full-size washer/dryer, deep sink, folding table and a built-in ironing board.

As you move up to the top level (by elevator or stairway) you will enter directly into the main living level. This level houses the main living room, dining area, kitchen, grand master suite, top level oceanfront deck/porch and a covered side porch. This is a open floor plan style living level which makes for a great location for large family gatherings to share that special time together.

The living room is massive and opens to a wall of glass that perfectly showcases the beautiful Atlantic Ocean directly out front. This room provides direct access out to the oceanfront deck/covered porch where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying those early morning sunrises along with the cool ocean breezes. The living room is a showplace with exposed ceiling beams, recessed lighting, decorative ceiling fans, beautiful tapestry curtains, decorative fireplace (not for use) and elegant furnishings. There is a Bar area equipped with a wine chiller and mini fridge. The living room is equipped with two large sofas, comfortable arm chairs and recliners, end tables and lamps, coffee table, workstation desk and a large flatscreen TV. The home is equipped with free WiFi throughout. There is a half bath off the living room for your convenience.

The kitchen is another showplace with all the most modern bells and whistles available. There is a very large center island covered in full granite with a lovely deep porcelain sink. There is extra dining space for 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen cabinets are custom shaker style with subway tile backsplash and granite countertops. The is a large walk-in pantry for storing you weekly food supplies. All the appliances are stainless steel of the highest quality. There is a large 3 door fridge with water and ice dispenser, 6 burner commercial grade gas range with oven, secondary built-in oven, built-in microwave and a dishwasher. The small countertop appliances include coffee pots (Keurig and standard), blender, and toaster. This kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. With excellent views of the ocean and the Intracoastal, everyone will want to take their turn in this lovely kitchen.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with a large table with ample seating for 8, and a secondary table that will seat 4.

Just off the dining area is a wonderful covered porch that is equipped with lots of outdoor furniture that is designed especially for your comfort. From this porch you will experience lovely views of not only the ocean but the Intracoastal Waterway as well. This is a great gathering spot for family and friends to enjoy the great views from the quiet side of the home.

Last but not least, the Grand Master Suite (Bedroom 5) is located on this top floor living level on the oceanfront side of the house (north facing). This room is the largest of all the bedrooms and is made for Royalty. It is equipped with a king bed, nights stands and lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, storage chest, extra-large walk-in closet with built-in storage compartments and a large flatscreen TV mounted to the wall. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront covered porch and deck area. There is also a Grand Master Bath that is equipped with a very large tiled walk-in shower, double vanities, decorative lighting and a storage closet.

The grounds of this home are lovely with garden areas around the outdoor pool which makes you feel like you are in an outdoor oasis. There is a large outdoor enclosed shower/changing room that is equipped with hot and cold water.

The Pool/Hot Tub is not available from the 1st Saturday in December up to the 1st Saturday of March. Pool heater will be included only during the months of March, April, May, October and November. There will be a $250.00 charge for use of the pool/hot tub during the months of March, April, May, October and November. All other summer months (June, July, August, September) the pool is free and the kiddie pool/hot tub is then utilized as a kiddie pool only with no heat.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. Beautiful home!

The home and location to the beach were perfect! There was plenty of room for the 9 of us to spread out and enjoy the views of the ocean from multiple windows. The pool was in need of cleaning but a call to the rental company soon had someone out to add chemicals. There were a few areas that were definitely in need of cleaning. We alerted the company on check out. We did a little clean up ourselves. The sheets were of poor quality but I kind of expect that in rentals. Our teenagers would have liked to be closer to Surf City for stores, etc. The older folks appreciated the quiet! Weirdly multiple people thought the public beach access was through this property. Not the case but the public access is directly beside the house on the other side. We put our beach chairs out first thing in the morning to get the spot nearest our beach access - I highly recommend!All things considered, this is a lovely spot and I would return!
