"Our host Frank was quick to reach out and provided an excellent tour. The cabinet of beach supplies was fantastic - no need to bring sand toys or beach chairs from home. Resort facilities were nice. Apartment was good. Nothing fancy but suitable for a few days away. Kitchenette is in a sliding door closet, okay for quick meals. We ate dinners out so it wasn’t a big deal for us. Really great location and a budget accommodation. Thanks, Frank! "

"Convenient to access anything in the area by car and perfect for walking out of your room and onto the beach or pier. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small, which was expected based on other reviews and not at all disappointing or a problem, but clean and in good condition. The restaurant next door is a nice perk! The price was extremely reasonable for our offseason stay, but research tells me it’s quite affordable year round. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The overall experience was great. I have one negative comment and that is the water pressure in the shower seemed rather low and the tub floor could use tose strips that give people some traction, especially older folks. On the positive side, the little refrigerator in the room had a freezer compartment on the top...a nice addition rather than the usual refrigerator compartment only. The location was good. All in all, a good value."

"Excellent property at a great beach location. The condo had everything we look for in a stay - full kitchen, in-room laundry, ocean view, etc. Plus Topsail is an awesome not-too-crowded beach. Larger property was excellent as well with two pools and two hot tubs that were being constantly maintained by staff. Would definitely stay again!"

"This place was lovely and just as advertised. We were looking for a house right on the beach and this couldn't have been any better! Just open the door and there you are! We appreciated all of the beach gear that was avaliable and had fun shelling and spotting creatures. The house was spacious (and cute!) and comfortable to just hang out in. It was everything we hoped for!"

"The stay was overall okay. There was a noticeable odor in the carpet throughout the hallways and into the room. The shower head fell apart, but my husband was able to piece it back together. I did experience an allergic reaction to the towels and bedding, though I understand that may have been beyond the hotel’s control. The television also appeared to have a wiring issue. During breakfast, I observed a staff member cough into her glove and continue handling food, which was concerning. That said, the majority of the staff I encountered were kind, gentle, and very pleasant. Thank you "
