Come enjoy our private home on 5.5 acres of beautiful woods with a Master suite with a King bed, two other suites with Queen beds, and twin bunk beds for the kids. All rooms tastefully decorated and appointed. You will feel completely secluded in nature at our home but it is nestled inside a gated community only minutes from food, shopping and entertainment. Plus, lake access within the exclusive, gated community of Chapin Estate.

The space:
Our home has an open modern layout of 3500 square feet with plenty of private areas inside and outside of the house. There are several sitting areas and a large deck with a grill and fire pit.

Guest access:
Our luxurious home is in the exclusive, gated community of Chapin Estate. You will be given a unique code to open the gate and provided with a key for the home and the garage. The home is very secluded, private, and there is a long stone-walled driveway leading up to the property.
