The bed had so many stains and when we removed the blanket there was mud and dirt inside. They did not clean the sheets after the previous occupants. "We were always greeted warmly by the staff, who aimed to please and provided great communication. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfasts were excellent - with a wonderful variety of food. We appreciated the location, which was walkable to Malioboro St. We didn't use the spa, but the pool with the city view was a welcome relief from the heat."

"Beautiful and luxurious hotel with an A+ staff. Room is cleaned every day unless I ask to skip (with a button near the door) but they will come by later for a rescheduling. This way they can restock the free complimentary water and food/fruits. Pool is very nice, breakfast buffet is from 6am to 10am and I do recommend getting it as part of your room - wide selection and most of its pretty good. There is a national anthem at 10am that does play in public areas of the hotel. Staff is helpful and professional with the front desk and those at most front facing positions having strong English speaking skills too. Would go back if I was in Yogya"

"I booked this stay for my parents and they had a wonderful times. My dad is in wheelchair and my sister forgot to tell the front desk during check in, but was able to get different room with shower access instead of bathtub. That was wonderful that they were able to do that. Overall the staff are always friendly and the hotel is always clean. I would definitely recommend staying here."
