Then when I went to talk to the front desk about how I didn’t get much sleep and I needed another night the employee said I couldn’t do anything until 11am and I had to be down at the front desk at 11 am sharp. He called my room at 11:03 and interrupted a business call with you need to be down here right now. When mind you my late check out that the night staff told me I could have was 1pm. They weren’t willing to give me a discount at first until I begged for it. The people around me were extremely loud and rude all night slamming doors and with getting I’ll from the extreme heat I was put back an entire week from work and my family emergency with my kids. When I was trying to sleep and get feeling better I had multiple interruptions from the staff and loud customers. When suggested that they do some training they said sorry can’t do that. Extremely dirty rooms eyelash extensions food all over floors. "
