Huone oli tilava ja kaunis.Pinnat uusia ja siistejä,kalustus ok. Sitten huonoa:Keittokomeron vesihana osittain purettu vettä ei pystynyt käyttämään.Siitä kyllä kerrottiin.Kaiken muun piti toimia.Eipä toiminut jääkaappi,mistä iso miinus 2-viikon matkalla.Korjaajaa ei näkynyt sinä aikana,valituksesta huolimatta?Keittövarustus puutteellinen.Vain yksi käyrä paistinpannu + paistolasta löytyi,ei yhtään kattilaa.Samoin ruokahaarukka ja leikkuuveitsi+ lauta puuttuivat.Kyselin kyllä,mutta meniköhän perille?

Ingen städning om man inte begär det stod 7 ggr städ fick en gång. Toasitsen var sönder vid ankomsten blev ej lagad. Vi bokade med frukost det visade sig att restaurangen är stängt vid ankomsten de bjud på matsäck som vi skulle äta i sovrummey.

Wie ein huebsches Maedchen mit schmutziger Unterwäsche. Kein Zimmerservice , Fruehstueck wird zwar auf das Zimmer gebracht ist aber sehr bescheiden und einseitig. Selbst auf Nachfragen , kein Klopapier ! Hotel war wegen Verspaeteter Flugankunft erste Nacht geschlossen, die Nacht wurde nicht erstattet. Das “comforzimmer” 2 Treppen, kein Fahrstuhl, kein Kuehlschrank. Das dann gebuchte gegen Mehrkosten Appartement hatte eine Minimalausstattung, verdreckter Herd der bei Gebrauch abwechselnd mit dem Kuehlschrank umgestoepselt werden musste. Einige Dinge mussten zugekauft werden . Immerhin, ein Topf konnte ausgeliehen werden. Schmutzige Seitenstraße aber durchaus gute Gesamtlage fuer Einkauf und Verkehr.

Really nice place. Good breakfast, very helpful staff. The place is a bit difficult to find at first (not on a main road), but conveniently near the downtown area by a 10 min walk along the river.

Nettes zentrumsnahe Haus, neu und modern eingerichtet, aber Duschkophalterung war abgebrochen, Fenster ließ sich nicht kippen, im 3Bettzimmer nur an einem Bett wie Lampe, Klimaanlage ( auch der Nachbarzimmer) sehr laut. Frühstück dauert lange, da es jeweils bestellt werden muss.

All the staff in this hotel is extremely friendly n' helpful. Here we would like to thank again the staff Marjana: we asked for the price for a taxi service to do a 3-4 hour tour before going to the airport, but we didn’t find the price acceptable, so we thought to find one nearby with a better price. Marjana immediately expressed her worries for us about finding a random taxi driver, so she wrote down a list of trustworthy taxi companies, meanwhile telling us that she’s willing to call for us for a better communication. We thanked her replying that we’ll take care of the issue by ourselves after discussion. About 0.5 hour later, she knocked our room door, telling us that she has just talked with a taxi company and maybe found a good offer that fits our budget. We were already amazed about her initiative at putting efforts in something that we didn’t ask her to do. Then she called again to give confirmation, set up the pick-up time, made sure about the price for us, she even asked the taxi company to send us a driver that can understand English. All these considerations towards us are done out of her initiative. We could not thank her more. Last thing to mention: we stayed here with breakfast included, and we asked if there’s the possibility to prepare us something to take away for early departure. The next morning we found a bag with 2 burgers n' 1 banana for each one. The location is good, the room is big n' neat, the staff treats you like family. What can one asks more?

In a quiet village, limited hot water for shower.

Hotel located in a village which is very quiet. Room is large enough for 3 people. The down side of the hotel is the hot water system, only the first person who take the shower can have hot water, the other 2 only got at most 3 minutes of warm water. It will be disaster when it is cold winter.

A great option near the stations and the centre

The combination of a cheap inflexible booking plus finding I'd been upgraded when I arrived made this unbeatable for value for money (not that I used the kitchen or dining table). Pleasant welcome on arrival. Convenient for the station and bus station and easy access into the city. Did both walks after dark, but not "at night" - the area might become less appealing later on.
