Quiet villa with breathtaking views, a garden, and a private pool!

  • Halfway between the unspoiled hilltop village of Glossa and the port of Loutraki, this villa offers all the amenities you need nearby, yet still boasts spectacular views and a quiet, private setting.
    Glossa lies above the villa—far enough away to ensure privacy yet close enough to enjoy its shops, taverns, and cafes. Loutraki, below the villa, also features shops, excellent seafood taverns, and cafes, as well as the nearest beaches. It is, of course, the ferry terminal, so you can be back at your villa within minutes of disembarking.

    The views from the villa are truly amazing, taking in the island’s west coast all the way down to the nearby Armenopetra Beach and across the Aegean Sea to the island of Evia.

    The property is enclosed by fences and hedges, with gated access to the parking area. The front features a lawn with a swimming pool in the center, creating a private and quiet haven. Upstairs, there is a large terrace serving both double bedrooms, complete with a seating area where you can take in the views, and downstairs there are additional shaded terraces furnished with outdoor furniture. The barbecue area also includes a dining table, so you can eat indoors or outdoors.

This home didn’t disappoint. The views are amazing. Check-in was very easy as the property manager Christo met us at Glossa port to show us the way to the home. This side of the island is very quiet but offers many choices for restaurants nearby. If staying here, you will definitely need transportation to get around the island We rented 2 Fiat 500s and a quad. Only negative was there was no dryer available for use. Luckily the ocean breeze and sun dried our items.

Magical place

This is a truly magical place. We stayed here for 12 days and we were very very sad to leave. The description in the listing doesn't give credit to this place. It is quiet, very clean and very well maintained and Christos was very helpful in picking us up from the harbour and guide us to the house. We enjoyed the pool and the garden and each day we had our breakfast outside overlooking the Loutraki harbor. Magic! The kids had a blast in the pool and it was very difficult to convince them to go to a beach. This is a fantastic place to relax, unwind and enjoy the magnificent Skopelos weather. Also it is a perfect location if you want to explore various beaches or small villages like Loutraky, Glossa, Neo and Paleo Klima, with lots of possibilities for dinning. Highly, highly recommended!
