The Hotel Skeppsbron should be classified as a hostel. It is digesting. First off, they had no bathrooms in the rooms, secondly the room was in the basement like a dungeon. No mirrors. No windows. Hair was everywhere. There were bags stuffed into the ceiling- for what reason I have No idea. The mattress was torn. And one sunk down when sitting on it about a foot! The front desk was not accommodating or kind. And frankly, orbitz has handled this horribly, as well.

We are seasoned travellers and I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Well worth getting breakfast and upgrading the room, it is centrally located. Just delightful.
