「Beautiful scenery」

「One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. The air-con didn't stay on meaning the room would stay hot for hours until it decided to come back on. The fluffy...

「We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Emerald Villas and Suites. Irene was so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful with the most incredible views!! Within a short 5 minutes drive to the port where we enjoyed dinner and a small beach. Highly recommend!!」
