Great hotel in a lovely location, amazing views, with really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and a good size, and was lovely to have the large balcony. It’s also not a really big hotel (compared to some others) so felt nice not having lots of guests around (even though the hotel was full). Would be nice to maybe have a a buffet option for dinner, otherwise the food was very good. We will definitely be back!

Staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel and facilities. Great boat taxi on the beach to take you to Skiathos town. Bus stops at hotel if needed.

Our stay had some wonderful highlights but also room for improvement. The front desk staff was excellent—very professional and welcoming. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a very good selection of high-quality food.However, the bar staff needs to up their game. Communication was quite difficult as English skills were lacking, which is surprising given that the vast majority of guests speak English as their first or second language. Improving their language skills and service efficiency would make a huge difference.

the gym was the dirtiest, messiest gym i’ve ever seen. there were no sanitary wipes or products to clean the equipment. the mats were visibly dirty and thrown about. some of the weights had visible stains on them. the floor was dirty so i used my own sweatshirt as a mat. there were used plastic cups all over. also i would not call it a fully outfitted fitness center—there are a few cardio machines, an incomplete/sparse set of free weights, and one single bench. there were barbells with plates, but almost no weight lifting alternatives. i checked out of my room early but asked to store my luggage and go to their beach and use my credit card to pay for lunch and drinks, to which they said yes. however, when i went down to the beach and tried to order, the waiter told me i couldn’t keep a tab open and couldn’t use a credit card and had to pay in cash. the rooms are very nice and clean, but the property itself and facilities need a major facelift. overall, it was not worth $350 a night.

We stayed for 3 nights to end our holiday and the hotel is definitely not 5* standard. - Most of the staff are helpful / polite; we had an issue with the main reception staff who were really unhelpful and it was very much shrug shoulders and ‘there is nothing we can do’, however the bar man was very helpful and couldn’t have been nicer. - We had access to the adults only suites pool, which we were so grateful after seeing how chaotic and crowded the other two pools were. - We thought the breakfast was really random and the worst we had during our holiday. They would serve the leftover food from the restaurant (great for saving food waste) but meant one day there were sprouts and carrots as well as Mexican tacos. We don’t eat meat and couldn’t have an omelette as they use one pan to cook the meat before putting the egg in. Just a basic lack of understanding different diets. It all felt quite processed and unhealthy breakfast overall. - There is a gym, it’s very old and although serves a purpose could do with updating. Also you can’t use until 9am, which makes it tight time wise for breakfast. - The room we had was run down and the hotel overall is in need of TLC in places. We were disappointed and also overheard people around the pool saying the same. - the bus stop is directly outside which is great. - the view is beautiful and there is a beach on site. We wouldn’t stay again though and felt for the money it wasn’t worth it.

Das Hotel war hervorragend, freundliches, aufmerksames Personal. Saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstückbuffet war mit einer großen Auswahl ein Highlight. Direkter Strandzugang mit eigenen Liegen und Handtuchservice. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Skiathos Stadt, Bushaltestelle und Wassertaxi vor der Tür, Fußweg ca. 30 min.

The property is fantastic. Very well kept. The food was very good and the choices for dining were great. What I also liked was there was always an umbrella and chairs available. There was also a water taxi on property to take you to town. KBR has a very good reputation on the island and restaurants and other businesses go out of their way to please it’s guests! However, what makes this property five star is its staff. I can’t say enough about them. The manager very active in the resort. He was everywhere making sure guests were happy. The front staff (Arianthi and Christo) made sure we had everything and booked our excursions. Thank you to all!
