"Usually at five-star properties, especially in desirable locations, the cost scales up much faster than what you get. The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment to guest experience."

"It was awesome, we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very nice too and staff is very friendly. We did felt a little bit lost at arrival opening doors and finding the room ourselves but overall is was a very pleasant stay. We will be back "

"The apt is was clean and neat and the location is great- across from the Coop grocery store and close to the shuttle bus to the base of the ski area (15 mins walk if you don't take the shuttle bus). The host was very helpful with getting our stuff to/from the parking lot.But, the apartment is very small, for a family of 5, we found it too crowded. The kitchen/dining area is tiny, with very limited space to store any food. There is no ski boot dryer, and ski boots are kept on shelves in the basement, which was not heated, so the ski boots did not dry overnight. We ended up removing our boot liners and drying on the heaters in our apt each night, which was not ideal. "

"My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of breathtaking natural surroundings, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities created a memorable experience that exceeded all my expectations. Not sure about the rating of this hotel it sure did feel 5star in my loft suite. The hotel provided a full board and the Breakfast was okay however the dinners were exceptional all 5 courses. I also thought getting to the location will be difficult to my surprise complex given it was my 1st trip since I travelled from Zurich - a train and two busses however was seamless and on time. Stayed for 4 nights amenities were also of the highest stand well positioned health spa with all that one will need. However will recommend extended spa hours and including more vegetarian options on the menu"
