This homely accommodation in central Skärhamn consists of two separate apartments that together offer five bedrooms spread over three floors and a total of twelve regular beds. One of the bedrooms functions as a walk-through room and is furnished with five single beds. The accommodation has two bathrooms with showers and a simple but functional interior that brings to mind classic summer house life with older charm. If you want to make maximum use of all the beds and can imagine sleeping two people in a 140 cm wide bed, there is the possibility of accommodating up to thirteen guests. Here you live close to the sea and the life of the harbor, while you can enjoy the quiet pace of a quiet area. Electricity is included, and pets are welcome upon request, making it a nice option for four-legged family members as well.



NOTE: The house has an older character, is simply furnished and has thin walls / is sensitive to noise.



Things to do in Skärhamn and the surrounding area:

Skärhamn is a vibrant fishing community where the sea is constantly present. Only 500 meters from the house, you can enjoy salty swimming, small piers, local shops and charming restaurants by the water. Here you can stroll between harbor life and forest paths, with the scent of freshly baked goods from the bakery and a holiday breeze that makes time slow down. Nearby is Tubbesviken's bathing area, equipped with a diving tower, sandy beach, cliffs, sauna for rent and toilets - a popular excursion destination for both young and old. The Nordic Watercolour Museum offers inspiring art experiences in a seaside environment, and the entire area invites you to wonderful walks, swimming and explorations along the coast.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 2,000 SEK will be automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount is released within one week after check-out, provided that the house has been left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be added: 190 SEK per person and 60 SEK per person.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean the house themselves; cleaning supplies are available in the house.

• Electricity is included in the rent; charging electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.

• Pets are allowed.
