The villa consists of living room, kitchen and dining room, five bedrooms, two of them with master bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. Outside there is the pool, outdoor shower and barbecue area.
On the ground floor are the living room with two dining areas, kitchen, toilet and a master bedroom. The aesthetics of the living room, with luxurious furnishings and spectacular views, are reminiscent of a boat sailing in the deep blue sea. The fully equipped island kitchen offers all the amenities for discerning customers who want to develop their cooking skills and accompany them with delicious drinks and wine from our bar. In the bedroom with its own French balcony and large wardrobes, dreams continue to awaken with a view of the beautiful beach of Sarti and the green mountain of Sithonia.

On the lower floor are the second master bedroom and the remaining three bedrooms, the bathroom and the laundry room. Each room is equipped with spacious closets and has an exit to a terrace with spectacular views of the sea and Mount Athos. Our guests will be able to enjoy special moments in this dining area on the warm summer nights.

Each room has its own air conditioning, which cools the hot summer days when the sea breeze and mountain air are not enough. The villa has been built with all the standards of a Green House: with a thermal facade, underfloor heating and solar thermal so that you can visit them as well in the winter season.
The outdoor pool with blue water entices to dive directly into the sea. On this 200 square meter outdoor terrace, visitors can cool off under the shower in the open air, then relax in the lounger or sunbathe on the loungers for sun lovers. The barbeque area is ideal for al fresco dining by the outdoor pool.


The Villa White Pearl and their qualified staff offer the guests in addition to cleaning service as well as breakfast tailored to the needs of each guest. Our friendly staff is able to organize any type of entertainment for those who wish, both in Sarti and in the whole region. Guests also have the opportunity to organize special events according to their wishes and circumstances. For those who want to feel at home, there is the possibility of a laundry service in the laundry room.

In addition, our guests have the opportunity to be taken by helicopter from Thessaloniki airport to Sarti. There are also several guided tours in and around Chalkidiki.
