2020年2月に滞在しましたが、鍵のところが誰かに荒らされたようで、外から部屋の中が覗くことができ、かつ鍵を開けられそうな部屋でした。この旨を伝えて、女性二人で不安なので部屋を変えてくれと頼んでも、調べるそぶりもなく、満室だから無理だと断られました。ホテルとしての安全管理体制が欠けています。

ビーチに面したホテルなので、折角ですからシーサイドビューの部屋に宿泊しました。客室からの眺望は大変良く、ベランダにある椅子でも朝から夜までシッチェスの海を眺めていることが出来ます。朝食は“込み”という扱いだったので期待していませんでしたが、充分な品数と内容で大変満足しました。

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Subur. The walls are very thin and if you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. You hear everything from neighbouring rooms. Luckily this did not really bother us. We had a superior room which had fantastic views however even the superior room is a bit on the small side and the bathroom was tiny but functional. The standard double rooms are tiny. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Great location, easy access to the old city centre. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Location right by the beach and Boardwalk is phenomenal. Lots of restaurants and not too pricey. The downside is that the rooms really need updating especially the bathroom, which was a bit sketchy. But it was very clean and the beds are comfortable. We booked a superior room with a view of the Mediterranean and it was worth the stay. Overall great place to stay, but needs updating.

The Hotel staff was the BEST that I have experienced in my European travels! So nice and accommodating. Perfect location in Sitges. Loved staying here. The only issues was how thin the walls were. You could hear everyone’s conversations in every room on the entire floor.

I paid for a superior room but it was so small i cannot imagine what a standard room looks like! Yes we had a sea view & a fridge but i had paid for a bigger room so that's what i expected. It also wasn't decorated to the standard of a superior room. Staff were friendly & the buffet breakfast was lovely, the pastries were all freshly baked & there was loads of choice. The location was brilliant & another reason we booked her.

Overall, we had an exceedingly satisfactory experience. We made the choice to go for the premium room, which offered a truly delightful view, and it went beyond all that we had anticipated. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment because of its exceptional staff, flawless service, and the inviting and hospitable ambiance fostered by everyone involved. Granted, it must be acknowledged that the walls do have a tendency to be somewhat thin, resulting in occasional noise transfer. Nevertheless, without any doubt, I would absolutely book a reservation here again. To sum it up, our experience was truly outstanding.

I would recommend to add shampoo and conditioner options for your costumers. You a pay a lot for a night and you at least expect that! They do have a green soap, but that doesn’t indicate its a 3-1 (which I wouldn’t use) or anything else.

I completely enjoyed every moment I had at this hotel! Staff were very helpful with the language thing, food & drinks were great, and the ocean right outside my window! I really liked that they had bottled water no charge waiting in the room, & a fridge to keep them cold! Excelente!

Excellent location. The property and rooms are very clean. Good wifi, air conditioning and safety box for valuables. It’s got everything you need for a lower cost. Gracias!

Great for a fun active stay.
Perfect position on the seafront and in the centre of town. We had a penthouse room and the one lift was slow and only took 4 people so there was often a long wait. The room was large but a little tired. If you want to be out and about all the time it's great but if you want a relaxed stay you may be disappointed

Property is very conveniently located and offers fantastic views of the ocean, palm trees, and the beaches. Draw backs are that the hotel is old and shows it. From the super slow tiny elevator to the plumbing, small showers. lack of ventilation in the bathrooms and most of all the paper thin walls and floors and ceilings. You can hear your neighbors conversations and can hear the maids cleaning upstairs and next door.

This was my second time stay at this hotel cleaning was poor standard there was ants crawling through the bathroom sink shower floor not cleaned properly (stained) I won’t be staying at this hotel again
