"Clean and comfortable accommodation in Mbale with lush gardens"

"Hotel itself was clean, staff could do with some training but very friendly, music was too loud by the pool and breakfast was poor, unless your from Africa and like chicken and potatoes for breakfast but there was eggs and toast so didn’t go without, good hotels are hard to find in this area so all in all it was ok"

"Location was very convinient and service was great. "

"Absolutely the best stay in Mbale would go bck every time!"

"The staff were charming and helpful. What was unsettling is that they did not know we were coming, in spite of our Expedia booking, nor knew that we had paid. Nor did they have internet access 'we are working on it' which made checking the evidence of our payment challenging."

"The staff were really welcoming and supportive. The rooms were a bit tired, but adequate"
